Is this real Domino's or fake one. while trying to reach it says number out of service?? cant able to raise complaint/concern regarding unhygienic preparation. In attached pic do any one find hair in my hand..

A regular Domino's outlet. The area is very spacious and can accommodate quite a few people. Service is satisfactory. The washroom area is neat and tidy. Parking space is okay but could have been better.

Very spacious dine-in, Good ambience , Cleanliness 4/5. Front end staff was not that much helpful in explaining me the varieties, that I’ve requested for. Customer friendliness is a question mark here. I’ve ordered for a cheese burst Veg Extravaganza and Pepper Barbecue chicken, it’s quite appetising. Time taken to handover the pizza was around 15 minutes during mid-day, during peak hours, we may to wait for another 5 to 10 minutes extra. Car parking is limited in front of this outlet. If it’s occupied, find a parking space nearby.

They don't offer a sauce for free they used to charge on the name of ketchup on the other hand they don't advertise any offer while compare to other Domino's and the while billing they don't get customer details only by name they provide bill...

This dominos outlet is one of the utter waste outlet unfortunately only one outlet in tiruppur. They dont want to make the customers happy and they are running the outlet for the sake of money. Prices were high but toppings was too less for the price. I ordered most times for home but now they are saying not serviceable for home delivery. I am frequent customer for dominos but hereafter not. Enough of your services.

Sanitized well. Clean and neat. Due to covid restrictions there was no A/C but could have done some alternative. Delivery was quick and we loved the red velvet cake and chocolava.

Ordered through toll free number they took the order by agreeing that pizza will be delivered to ur location. I gave the order. Once ordered, person from the shop called and it's not deliverable. So we told to cancel the order but he requested us to keep the order as it is huge amount food will be wasted like that. So we decided to take and we came to the one place where they can deliver and we collected finally but it ended with pizza not being hot and we wasted our money. Don't why this kind of service from Dominos. Dominos please take care we have huge love on the brand

Currently there is lack of qualified man power....mainly in management side... last sunday 29th may we have visited avinashi road tiruppur dominos and had seen four complaint on delay on delivery and package seal is not up to the level, again one delay delivery final one is customer try to call the customer care number but the number is not in use. I didn't expect this from a well known branded shop exclusively for pizza.....to dominos .....you have acheived the market because of customer and now the same customer are not satisfied with your service. kindly consider.

Ordered veg extravaganza with double cheese.. But they given normal one.. Panner pizza is OK but we were waiting for 45 mins for 2 regular pizzas.. They provided late also it was not hot.. It's cold.. They forget to deliver.. We r dine in ..worst..

I suggest not to place order in Domino’s Application, I had a worst experience, after I order the pizza, Restaurant guy called and confirmed the location after 30 min the same person called me and saying that my location is out of delivery area ( just 2km where my location is from Domino’s) after a long struggle got the pizza (cold) after 1.30 hrs

One of the worst Domino's outlet. Rude staff, inefficient manager poor quality . If you raise an issue manager will say inform to team is that even a resolution. Not sure how such people even get these jobs. Toppings are very less in pizza. Zingy parcel is one of the best sides in Domino's. But here they even spoil that. Drive in pickup is an option but they will say order picked up even before you reach, and the number will be switched off, you have to walk into restaurant where they will say order is yet to get ready and make you wait. Thought you ordered takeaway you still have to pay for the cover. Worst experience I had so far in about all Domino's branch I have visited.

This is the first ever Domino's shop where there was no choco lava cake. I've ordered through the Domino's App. Half the items on the app menu are not available in the store. It's better if you check with the store with what's there and what's not there and then place your order.

Slowly, this place is losing its grace. What used to be a good place for food is now turning into a mediocre service and food. Not expected this from Dominos. The 🍕 are mostly dry and bland. The home delivery is getting worse. And some of the items are not available in this restaurant anymore. It’s high time for some changes to be made effectively immediately or close out to the competition. For all Domino’s lovers out there, please try the restaurant near the old bus stand. The taste is better there compared to this place.

I had ordered Chicken Dominator Pizza at 27.10.2023 7.51 Pm with order no 92 take away in kumar Nagar Domino's restaurant. After reaching home at 8.30 pm, I had unpacked the food , but I'm unable to eat the same. Since there is heavy bad smell coming out of that pizza. It seems one of the chicken toppings added to that pizza seems expired and produced bad smell. I had raised complaint to dominos with complaint no 31113829 . It is really disappointing moment with dominos and I'm really worrying about the same. I don't know how many of them bought this expired chicken pizza today .Eating expired pizza leads to health issues to people also .Need immediate action on this ..

They gave spoiled pizza. Some watery stuff was in it. Had to send back twice. They tried to be clever by giving back the same pizza we sent back.

Over a period, Tirupur Dominos store has completely spoilt the worth of Dominos. The first thing you notice entering this store, tables leftover with piles of pizza boxes and leftovers of previous customers on every single table which ends up giving an unpleasant smell as left for hours. Next the floor with seasoning sachets and veggies all over. When you go to billing counter you find none of the staff present to take order and all grouped inside the kitchen chit-chatting as hardly any customers on store, ignoring cleanliness and customer service. Tried discussing this with a person named Prem who was the store manager as per what they said, all in vain.

Writting this review in detail as you demand in reply. Why i have given 3 star instead of 5. 1. I given 2 orders as pickup later with timing but I got call as order is ready before 2 hours which is unacceptable. 2. There is no Delivery option available within 3 kms itself, but I see Domino's delivering food for more distances in other cities. Why i have given 3 star instead of 1. 1. Pizza Taste is good.

Waste of money

The service and furniture inside are not to the mark. The amount you pay to the comfort you get are not proportional. Even sitting there for half an hour may cause you a back pain. The price is too high, whereas the taste difference is very minimal, that every variety seems the same.

The taste and freshness are good. If you love chicken, then the meatballs that they serve there is a must. Overall I must say it's satisfying to eat here..

Delivery restrictions can be relooked. They deliver only north side of the shop and not south or west part of Tiruppur. Only did order pickup here so far and hospitality is good. Edit: Taste-wise, it's no different from other Domino's locations. I LIKE IT

Charging one rupee for a ketchup sachet?! It's just pathetic. Apart from that, the Pizzas are good, if you like cheese I would recommend cheese burst pizzas. Choco lava cake and Butterscotch Mousse cake taste great too. Price is as expected, compared to other fast-food franchises.

Service Was Good. But I Think Oyalo Pizza Is Better Than This Because Here Cost Is Very Expensive And They Charged Rs.11 For That One Use Paper Back. And There Is More Unlogical Hidden Charges Are They Will Charge While You Order But Without Knowing (And Which Is Unnecessary)!
