We
made
reservation
for
room
in
online.
When
we
visited
for
check
in.
The
front
desk
staff
asked
if
I
have

made
the
payment.
I
said
the
payment
was
made
in
online.
They
said
room
can't
be
given
if
online
payment
was
done.
He
said
they
are
giving
rooms
for
only
people
who
are
directly
booking
here
and
not
for
online
booking.
He
asked
me
to
cancel
the
booking
and
can
make
payment
directly
now.
I
said
I
already
made
the
payment
and
the
cancellation
date
was
over.
If
I
cancel
my
booking
now,
I
won't
get
the
refund.
He
called
someone
and
told
same
thing
to
me
again.
Again
I
told
the
same
thing.
He
called
another
person
now
(

be

manager).

office.
I
told
them
I'm

in
room
and
haven't
gone
their
to
check
out.

told
that

will
send
an
email
to
the
property.

to
check
out
normally
and

them
immediately.

recommend

guest
to
call
the
hotel
and
confirm
if

booking
can

made.
Coming
to
the
review
of
hotel
room,
The
room
was
clean
and
good.
Another
downside
is
hotwater
was
not
coming.
After
informing
the
house
keeping
staff,
they
came
and
got
the
bucket
from
bathroom
and
returned
with
hot
water.
