Situated in the centre of the city and this hotel is close to the railway station and is having good security. Sometimes it gets hard to locate it on the roads, since the road passing this hotel is a one way, if we miss it, we'll have to travel another 2kms unnecessarily. It has a decent car parking space, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained.

The room was 10/10 Every thing was good. The only issue was with the breakfast buffet . It was so poor. Very very limited items and one one waiter for the whole restaurant. Delayed service as the only person was running from pillar to post.

The room was very spacious and neatly maintained. The hotel also avails a rooftop resturant for good meal in the afternoon/night with a nice view. The staff were also very polite and the food provided was really good. Overalll had an very pleasant experience.

One star rating is for special curd rice that they served at the end. Other than that worst service to customer at rooftop area. We went with our buyer, they received us well. From then, there was no one to take care of us. Food dint arrive on time, they took order for dosa....we waited...they came back and said dosa is not available. Can't a hotel provide dosa for a group of 5? The reason for delay is manpower issue...Why did they even allow us for dining? Highly don't recommend this hotel for dining.

Good place for economical stay, they have good car parking that too in the middle of the city. Since it is in center of the city it was easy assessable to all the location. Even Railway station is wakable distance. The complimentary breakfast was good with limited items but satisfiable

They have provided only one charging point for the entire room. how money minded are they.. if you want charge your phone you need to go to dressing table. For the price the rooms are not that great. It's clean and well maintained. The location is in the heart of the city. The most annoying thing was the lift. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone just because of the lift. They provide a chip card so the lift moves from the ground floor to the floor you stay. We stayed as a family and rooms were allotted on different floors we were forced to take the stairs each and every time especially the elderly ones. The toiletries provided were not meeting my expectation.

We made reservation for room in online. When we visited for check in. The front desk staff asked if I have already made the payment. I said the payment was made in online. They said room can't be given if online payment was done. He said they are giving rooms for only people who are directly booking here and not for online booking. He asked me to cancel the booking and can make payment directly now. I said I already made the payment and the cancellation date was over. If I cancel my booking now, I won't get the refund. He called someone and told same thing to me again. Again I told the same thing. He called another person now ( must be a manager). The manager must have told positively. Finally they asked me to forward the voucher to their email id. My wifi was waiting in the car till time. Must be around 10-15 mins. Then we parked our car and came back to front office to get the key. Now he said that payment was not credited to us from the online booking website. We will wait till evening. Otherwise you may to pay us. To that I replied what about the payment made in online. The staff said we will send a mail to website and you can followup with them. Then next day morning, I contacted the helpdesk of website and told about the payment. They advised me to not pay and they will contact the property right away. Seems they were not able to contact the property and asked if I was at the front office. I told them I'm still in room and haven't gone their to check out. He told that he will send an email to the property. He also advised me to check out normally and otherwise reach out to them immediately. I saw the staff while going down. And told about the conversation that I had with the website helpdesk. He asked me to send the screenshot of bank payment sms. Hmm..I sent him. While I was checking out, another staff asked if payment is done. Hmmm.. Finally checked out. For hassle free stay, I would recommend the guest to call the hotel and confirm if online booking can be made. Coming to the review of hotel room, The room was clean and good. Another downside is hotwater was not coming. After informing the house keeping staff, they came and got the bucket from bathroom and returned with hot water.
