Tried their bar. Really cool in temperature. Charges were little high, But the service was good. Like their complement which accompany the pepper chicken fry which was really a cool side dish spicy and yummy preparation, where i neglected all my other side dish orders. Give it a try.

Stincky smell in the room. Old bedspread. Old furniture. Unclean bathroom accessories with sanitised tag. Parking is away and unsafe. No room boy to pick up bags

This hotel cum stay is located in the main area / roads for an easy access . Rooms are not very spacious or luxurious but enough for a short stay. Had party halls with dining. Lift facility is available. Has an underground parking lot.

Would totally recommend for birthday parties and small functions. Hall was small and food is ok. Place was clean and well maintained.

It's just good. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Reception staff need more experience in booking rooms. They're making a mess out of room bookings.

The very worst hotel which I stayed recent past. Even though the hotel in good location- the people in reception and the room boys service are very worst. The staff attitude surely make the owner of the hotel feel bad one day.

All the 8 rooms we stayed were good, house keeping, reception guys were really good, amazing food but expensive. The hotel manager who lives in the terrace near the rooftop bar is very rude, unprofessional and cocky. Would never come here again because of his attitude.

Car parking is outside and on main dusty road. Restaurant under renovation... so pl do not plan eating here... Okay experience.. Not that great....

I have never stayed at Viswas however, I'm a frequent customer to resturant. Food is okay, cleanliness is really good, service is above average and best part is they have ample amount of parking space.

Of course, we reached the restaurant a little late by 3:45PM or 4PM 🕓....there was an event🎉 too in the Hotel's Convention Hall. All we ordered was a simple Veg-Meals...but guess what, the food for all cold🥶...even the Sambar or the Kuzhambu they serverd was ice-cold🥶...they couldn't even manage to heat the food a little before serving..because we were hungry, we started eating it as it was...5 mins after the food was served, I ordered Pepper-Chicken🍗...I usually eat slow and I would easily take about 30 mins to finish a full course...but even until end the Pep-Chick item was not served...then we told the waiter👨🏻‍🍳 that we are done dining, so cancel that chicken item...but they said that they are done preparing the item and canceling would be a loss💸📉 to them...all that we understood and asked him to serve the dish....now this was terrible🤢🥴 & tasted pathetic 🤮...it was no way close to a Pepper-Chicken dish you get else where...it was very salty... that Pepper-Chicken dish costed Rs.250/- (very very disatisfied with the dish and taste for that price)...
