Don't ever choose this if you have females in the family,The workers were staring from end to end. The doors were so Safe that we can't even enter into our room. The receptionist has no patience and ended up mocking us in the phone. The food we ordered reached after a very long time. AC is not working properly. Lack of professionalism from the staffs. There was no tea/Coffee stalls nearby and they did not provide tea/Coffee which is a basic Thing. Worst service and felt unsafe

These people give bribe to not publish negative review Exact words of the hotel staff "sir jitna paisa chahye me refund dunga please bas negative review mat dena" Please do no stay here , all reviews are fake. Staff Vignesh unprofessional, AC was not working , blankets were of such a cheap quality stinky dirty and were like 50rs blanket And then making false promise that we will refund you 500rs don't give negative review and then didn't gave even a penny as compensation for AC not working and no blankets in the room Instead gave his number and said I will give you via gpay later and then when tried calling didn't received any call Women safety issue, zero services concern and waste of money. We have never received any refund from you and we have called 1000 times but you did not even received the call so stop saying that refund of 500 given if you are so sure attach the receipt of sending us money , you are just fooling people this way

Personal review: Overal stay experience was Very Good♥️ Booked the room just by the previous reviews. On experience, deluxe rooms were decent and spacious. -Closer to the railway station. -Breakfast provided by the hotel was really good. -Room service was without any delay. Being on a work trip and having a decent stay mattered and they offered one. Thanks to the Hotel managing team for the best service and an awesome stay!

Worst hotel. Booked thru makemytrip and they surprised saying no rooms available, and it's makemytrip issue and not theirs. But again gave room so felt management playing some kind of game. Rooms are also dirty. My booking although has breakfast, they denied saying it is closed on Sunday and couldn't even arrange breakfast from outside. Not good for family. Never ever go here. Narrow roads to reach. I damaged car bumper during parking in their narrow parking place.

That is a good place to stay overnight but the food served took alot of time,breakfast was good but there was no coffee/tea station in the hotel,it is served only during breakfast hours. As there was no Tea/coffee stall nearby,We felt inconvenient. Door knobs were not good as we felt difficult to enter the room. It is 3 min walk from Railway station.. Services took alot of time. Lack of professionalism from the staff.

Wrost hotel ever I stayed...rooms are we very smell..staff is not professional or not supportive.asked for iron box and 1st they told they don't have that service then again asked from room then they send.... Washrooms are very pathetic and not even suggest for any person.maitaining the reception and the expecting we are getting while entering to the room will complete change.

Smelly and unclean rooms, not as the images shown on their website. There were many cockroaches in the room and in the cupboard. The bathroom was filled with cigarette buds. They don’t have a restaurant so you will either have to use Swiggy or buy from outside. Would suggest to stay away if you are travelling with family and kids

The staff at the property were not at all professional and eyeing females in the family. Amenities not as described :- AC was not working, we were charged full amount. At a very prime location, the hotel is very good for your business trips and personal trips. Service and food is good. Mr. Vognesh hped us a lot during our stay. Highly recommended.

Sir I am not happy with your stay Kindly correct all these things 1.Wardrobe was not cleaned 2.Somebody’s pant was inside the wardrobe 3.Cigarette was there and not cleaned 4. Toilet’s flush out was not properly set and the water was going out continuously 5. Fan is producing a heavy sound and it is disturbing 6. Above all these things phone connection in the room is not working 7. Over all experience was not satisfied. Poor customer service, management is getting too much of money from customer but no proper response & service to customer. I strongly suggest not to stay in this hotel.

Not worth for money, ac not working properly but they charge 2400 for the room, manager does not respond properly for the issues, management have to look into the customer satisfaction immediately.

Rooms are good, and clean, Room service has to improve.

The place feels little isolated. It was not residential area. There were few small scale industries nearby. The reception area was spacious and good. While checking in, I paid the full amount through debit card. After that, the reception staff was asking the validity month/year of the debit card. I denied that by telling those are sensitive information which can't be provided. He was saying that card validity needs to be entered in system to verify. I had told him that the amount was already paid through debit card and the amount was debited successfully, print copy was also generated for the transaction. Btw, The reception staff was warm and welcoming. Room size was compact but not comfortable. Bed was attached to the bathroom wall. And AC was above our head. AC coolness was going to our feet. The blanket was not all comfortable. It was itching. They just provided soap. The bathroom was just average. There was spider net the top corner. Overall, the room was okay.

No proper house keeping. No hot water for bathing. Not hygienic.

I do not like the hotel 100 percent, because the toilet is not clean proper. no hot water inside bathroom, I could not sleep because of the sound of the AC, the annoyance of mosquitoes at night, this is all I have experienced , fully disappointed

Nice big rooms for less cost recommended for a short trip. Power fluctuations are a major issue apart from that good one. Shops and other convenience are near by.

Not at all a good place to stay. Power problem, no proper wifi service, staff very slow, no proper response. The worst thing is they opened our room when we were not in the room for past control work. I suggest not prefer this hotel.

Giving 2 star rating is also very hard. Given due to room accommodation and breakfast that too starts at 8:30am U need to carry towel on your own since use towel would be changed and water bottle shall be given only on prior request. Billing for any booking thru online guest need to take care. Time taken is huge. Overall experience is not good. It is said that bedsheets are replaced but doesn't seems to be. Staff took lot of time to provide bill even though settled the amount day before. Last moment caught train and that too train was late else we would have left our train to another location there was an lethargic attitude in the responses.

We had stayed in Landmaark hotels with my family.The rooms are very neat and clean.They provide complimentry water bottles,dental kit,Soap,shampoo and finally home made complimentary breakfast. Their staffs had given extraordinary service with smile. I strongly recommend #landmaarkhotels.

It's ok for minimum budget.room was good and clean bedsheet is hygienic.price is medium compared with others.. receptionist i s so kind.. heter was problem and they give a backup heter to me, but there is no use for that because it will take more time for bathing.. otherwise its good one..enjy the stay with a minimum budget 👍

It is a nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly and the room we stayed in was quite neat. The location is also quite close to the railway station and bus stop (pushpa theater).

Staffs are unprofessional, will ask extra even if u show the online price. We checked-in at 4 am early morning by paying early check-in fee. And they asked us to checkout exactly at 4 am the next morning. It was not possible and we also said early check-in fee was paid so allow us atleast till 8 am but they denied and took money of entire 2 days from us. Very unprofessional and always trying to take money for everything. Early morning of 20th Aug 2022 (Saturday) checked out on 21st Aug 2022 paid for 2 full days Don't remember exactly how much. But we paid for 2 days. Booked under name of : Shabrez Pasha my elder brother.

Hotel neatness feels good . Breakfast taste wise it is good but when we get to serve hot it will be more good.breakfast timing also has to be modified. For rooms cost looks literally higher for non AC rooms for such a small room and congested bathroom space.
