Worst
property
which
i
have
encountered
in
my
whole
life
and
also
me
being
an
hotel
manager
before,
i
would
not
let
this
hotel
to
run
which
would
bring
fear
to
the
genuine
guest
and
the
family
travelling
and
staying
especially
in
Tiruppur.
It
sets
a
very
bad
example
and
bring
down
the
reputation
of
the
town.
It
was
just
a
ripoff.
The
booking
price
was
totally
different
to
the
price
what
they
charged
me.
it
was
a
daylight
robbery.
i
believe
this
hotel
should
be
shutdown
as
i
felt
like
it
is
not
safe
place
for
the
family
to
stay
and
this
has
to
be
audited
and
checked
and
closed
down.
I
also
recomend
and
request
the
management
to
check
the
CCTV
Camera
often
about
the
happenings
in
the
late
evening
if
they
are
really
bothered
and
concerned
about
the
business
and
safety
of
the
guest.
When
I
was
trying
to
check
in
with
my
12
year
old
daughter
who
had
tennis
tournament
since
morning
and
very
tired,
they
said
they
can't
provide
the
room
as
this
was
under
priced.
They
made
me
to
wait
in
the
reception
for
almost
2
hours
after
me
calling
different
people
from
OYO.
So
called
the
hotel
Manager/Supervisor
(
Vicky
if
i
was
not
wrong)
was
least
helpful
and
didn't
bother
to
sort
the
issue
out.
He
said
he
can
check
me
in
only
if
i
pay
around
rupees
2000
for
a
room
and
the
price
which
i
booked
through
bookings.com
was
around
rupees
950....
They
asked
me
to
find
someother
hotel
if
i
don't
pay
the
requested
amount.
If
they
would
have
requested
me
to
find
other
hotels
for
a
genuine
and
valid
reason,
and
me
worked
in
the
hotel
industry
and
knowing
the
staff's
hardship,
i
would
have
considered
and
made
it
simple
to
move
out
and
helped
them.
He
said
it
is
my
problem
to
sort
the
price
with
Bookings.com
and
OYO
and
he
is
least
bothered
and
not
his
problem
what
was
booked
online
He
kept
going
in
and
out
of
some
room
and
didn't
bother
to
deal
the
situation.
As
my
daughter
was
very
tired,
she
literally
slept
sitting
in
the
reception
which
i
thought
was
not
safe
and
a
healthy
sign.
I
finally
managed
to
get
in
touch
with
OYO
Ranjith
(
Manager)
who
tend
to
sort
my
issue
asking
me
to
pay
what
was
requested
by
the
hotel
and
then
once
i
get
my
invoice
from
the
hotel,
he
will
refund
the
difference
of
actual
booked
price
from
Bookings.com
and
the
invoice
price
from
the
hotel..
But
unfortunately,
waiting
for
a
week
and
hundreds
of
call
to
Ranjith
who
said
he
will
sort
the
issue,
nothing
happened
and
i
felt
like
i
was
cheated
and
they
made
a
joke
out
of
me..
I
am
not
sure
who
is
responsible
for
this
pathetic
situation
and
experience,
but
i
fee
bookings.com
and
OYO
are
purely
responsible
misleading
people
who
has
got
a
tie-up
with
such
a
low
standard
and
irresponsible
properties
who
can
get
away
with
filthy
attitude.
And
the
invoice
which
was
provided
by
the
hotel
didn't
have
a
proper
receipt
and
GST
number.
This
is
not
the
property
to
exist.
Anticipating
response
before
i
take
it
to
concerned
health
and
safety
authorities
and
publishing
in
the
media..
