    Very bad experience, i booked it through oyo rooms at a discounted price but after reaching the hotel, the hotel management was asking for more excess money and for which i complained to the oyo customer care but after 2hrs passed by, they still couldn't solve my problem and they were just asking me to shift to a new hotel at the same price or cancel this booking which I have done and get my money refunded back to my account. The hotel management didn't listen to our request and after much compulsion they agreed if we paid them some extra bucks but at last we canceled the booking and got a new hotel nearby. Guys please avoid this hotel as they want just money and nothing else and a very bad service you will get if you ever book it.

    Good spacious room at good location managed by worst management. Rooms and bathrooms are not maintained or cleaned and bath towel and blanket is not washed and dirt on it. You will not get any room service, we need to collect everything from reception. Reception person is useless person i had ever seen in any hotel Owner please keep good staffs

    Worst property which i have encountered in my whole life and also me being an hotel manager before, i would not let this hotel to run which would bring fear to the genuine guest and the family travelling and staying especially in Tiruppur. It sets a very bad example and bring down the reputation of the town. It was just a ripoff. The booking price was totally different to the price what they charged me. it was a daylight robbery. i believe this hotel should be shutdown as i felt like it is not safe place for the family to stay and this has to be audited and checked and closed down. I also recomend and request the management to check the CCTV Camera often about the happenings in the late evening if they are really bothered and concerned about the business and safety of the guest. When I was trying to check in with my 12 year old daughter who had tennis tournament since morning and very tired, they said they can't provide the room as this was under priced. They made me to wait in the reception for almost 2 hours after me calling different people from OYO. So called the hotel Manager/Supervisor ( Vicky if i was not wrong) was least helpful and didn't bother to sort the issue out. He said he can check me in only if i pay around rupees 2000 for a room and the price which i booked through bookings.com was around rupees 950.... They asked me to find someother hotel if i don't pay the requested amount. If they would have requested me to find other hotels for a genuine and valid reason, and me worked in the hotel industry and knowing the staff's hardship, i would have considered and made it simple to move out and helped them. He said it is my problem to sort the price with Bookings.com and OYO and he is least bothered and not his problem what was booked online He kept going in and out of some room and didn't bother to deal the situation. As my daughter was very tired, she literally slept sitting in the reception which i thought was not safe and a healthy sign. I finally managed to get in touch with OYO Ranjith ( Manager) who tend to sort my issue asking me to pay what was requested by the hotel and then once i get my invoice from the hotel, he will refund the difference of actual booked price from Bookings.com and the invoice price from the hotel.. But unfortunately, waiting for a week and hundreds of call to Ranjith who said he will sort the issue, nothing happened and i felt like i was cheated and they made a joke out of me.. I am not sure who is responsible for this pathetic situation and experience, but i fee bookings.com and OYO are purely responsible misleading people who has got a tie-up with such a low standard and irresponsible properties who can get away with filthy attitude. And the invoice which was provided by the hotel didn't have a proper receipt and GST number. This is not the property to exist. Anticipating response before i take it to concerned health and safety authorities and publishing in the media.. *** Few pictures attached***

    Hopeless service - BEWARE I just want to bring to everyoneโ€™s notice that OYO is one if the worst looters ever. I booked a nights stay at Tiruppur and below is my experience. I made a phone booking and made the payment through gpay after talking to phone agent. Booking was successful, amount was collected but stay denied saying Pan card and Adhar card cannot be accepted as proofs and also soft copy of Adhar card was also denied acceptance what a joke. We living in digital India, I really find it strange, they donโ€™t accept and encourage soft copies looks like these guys are doing in the intent to loot from the customers. The customer care rep, Sumanna was very impolite when i spoke to her in the night from the hotel . She simply said that i should have read the policy before making the booking.. What a great way to handle the customer and provide such a hopeless experience. The CC executive said that we cannot check without hard copy of identity proofs for everyone. I had my driving license and my wife had physical copies of Adhar and Pan card but they did not accept them and just denied entry and refund and asked me to do whatever i want to do.. Oh my god havenโ€™t seen such a pathetic service. My family along with 2 kids were arguing from 8:30 until 9:30 PM without any resolution. I also couldnโ€™t find rooms elsewhere and my wife with her back problem had to sleep in the car until 12 AM post which we managed to find an accommodation. Pathetic way to start a vacation โ˜น๏ธโ˜น๏ธโ˜น๏ธโ˜น๏ธโ€ฆ So please guys do not book with OYO, its worth to spend extra and take a different accomodation.

    Worst hotel management. Came with marriage gang and they are asking for original ID for all the stayees. They aren't accepting any soft copy and also photocopy. Also the receptionist calls to their manager and he don't respond and disconnect the call abruptyl. Also they basic amenities like soap, towel isnt available here. Book at your own risk.

    I haven't faced a worst behaviour of hotel management in any of the hotel bookings till now I had done. Firstly they will not accept online bookings with low rate or on a discounted bookings via Agoda or OYO, even though you show the booking confirmation details. And they will ask you to produce only original Aadhar or any Govt proof for all the guests instead of Primary contact. Once you produce docs, then they will ask you to check with respective customer care regarding booking, and we never get a proper reply from Customer care as well on the booking. Finally their intention is to have you pay according to their original tariffs. And we were new to the city and were in a situation that no where we can go at that time with my elderly parents and luggage. Without any choice I took room there itself. And in front of me they did the same to other customers aswell who did their booking through online and aking them to shift their booking to some other hotels via customer care.

    Worst experience of my life the hotel should be blacklisted first of all no service representative at reception not responsive people and worst they didn't gave me room saying your colleague doesn't have valid id proof even when adhar card was provided for both please dont book in such hotels

    An okayish place if just passing by Tirupur and need a place to sleep for a night. Reception and rooms are at 2nd floor so difficult to move luggage on our own and hotel doesn't provide luggage carrier option. Not a very clean one too.

    Worst than ever. Never use oyo. instead book near by hotel Everest. I have booked hotel through Oyo app 10 days prior with breakfast included. My booking ID was NZME7678. Receptionist asked for 2000 more extra charges. He said they didn't allow booking from any third party apps. If any of the Oyo team is reading this please de list this property. There were many people who were facing the same issue. Infact when I call the Oyo person he insists me to give five star rating. His name was abhinav from oyo team. He ask me to cancel the booking. They don't give any other option as well. Please if you trust me don't go for this. Oyo team now please don't paste that old lines of yours here blah blah blah. Just take some action and de list those properties right away that are not working fine.

    Very worst hospitality, rooms booked in advanced was not provided in last minute, worst staff behaviour and no proper water facility. Asked to adjust with single room, Do not prefer this hotel. Staffs were not educated properly.

    Worst hotel never book this hotel through Goibibo, they will demand extra money for check in, even after complaining to Goibibo no solution came, i had to pay extra money for check in. Goibibo should remove this hotel from their tie up if they want to keep their customers happy
