Rooms are very clean and good. But cost of the room is too high. Better owner should revise some amount bit lesser based on customer experience

Worst Experience. The Staffs cheated the Tariff at last minutes. While Booking they confirmed one price and during checkout they charged additional 2000 Rs and said that they had wrongly commited the tariff while Booking. Staffs very rude. Worst experience. Surely will not recommend anyone for the stay.

Location near the Tiruppur railway station. AC/non-AC rooms available. Rooms are perfectly clean and tidy. The services are good 👍

Dear guest, Today we came to this hotel and enquired about rooms but the hotel receptionist is too worst in response, i think he is not willing any guests to stay here ,better see other rooms, very worst in responding the guest ,waste of time and money

The room was good and clean and the staff's we're friendly. The most irritating thing I have experienced in the hotel was the receptionist. The reception guy was very rude and not responding to my questions. Looking at the phone and not responding to me... Kindly requesting to owner of property to take action to my complaint. Thankyou

Booked room via cleartrip where the booking was confirmed and I paid the entire amount. Last minute hotel said that room is not confirmed and asked me to check other option. I was traveling with my wife and it’s very unfair to do this. The hotel management should maintain a proper communication with external agents and do a proper follow up.

Had a great comfortable stay. The rooms were maintained properly and all the facilities were there like car park, AC, Hot water. The location also main its in 1 way road. Definitely would recommend this place for stay.

Very bad rooms. Bed linen was very dirty. Room floor tiles were broken. Bath towels were very old and looking bad. AC was centralized but not working at all.

Room was excellent and spacious. The breakfast was average. I felt the chutney and sambar were not fresh. And I had network issue inside the room. I couldn't connect to my mobile data. Also their wifi was not working properly. Debit card was not accepted.

It's in the prime location but their service and hospitality was zero mainly the receptionist at night time was so rude to the guest the management have kept him (Ganesh) to spoil the name of this property They will put one tarrif on online and they will change it when we go straight if we aruge then they will start fighting with us even we are with our family One of the worst experience for us with our family

Receptionist is always rude at night as the management needs daily payment. They need daily payment even if you book at bulk. No bucket or mug in bathroom.

Good facilities and worth money spacious room

Though I had stayed 3 to 4 years back for a week period, this time I had a bitter experience in billing. I requested extra bed for 1 day, they have charged 2 days. I asked to revert the mistake happened to the exit receiptionist, he expressed inability to correct the amount & also he not at all confirm the room boy. When I asked about discount as promised, they given Rs.560/-. I don't know, why such a things happening due to this corona period. Moreover still water bottles are not provided in the rooms. Atleast they should provide double top in each floor, will much makes difference. தண்ணீர்கூட தராமல் இருப்பது நல்லதா? Food is good. Thanks Ms. Rani and room boy. Again we have a plan to visit next month to Tirupur. I don't know, whether we will feel like 'THE HOME' or as usual 'LODGE'.

the home Hotel Stay in tirupur we stayed 2.5k for 3 bachelor's..for 24 hrs room stay..its not in any online booking medium like oyo etc..we should call andbook..and room cleanliness and wooden furnished for flore amd cuboard and good spacious in room and bed feel luxury stay for this price .. room customer service is good over all it very nice #Hotel
