Topic wise review: Rooms: the rooms are very clean neat and tidy. amenities like lift was working properly. And the lounge was very clean. Food: food was extremely good and testy. Even we asked them for parcel at the time of check out for dinner in train but they dont have any parcel facility. Hotel staff: hotel staff was very supportive. There is big language barriers as most of the staff are unable to talk hindi and english. The main manager is very cooperative person. Specially specially Mr. Amit is real GEMs of this hotel, his nature was very cooperative. He was taking care of the customer like his own family. I advise hotel management, please keep this person like a GEMs. Service: service is very very poor as there is very less staff in this hotel. Its like if you want to take dinner you have to give orders 2 hours before the time when you want it. Overall nice people's.. i recommend this hotel to stay with family.

We simply enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service is very professional. Great support for our odd check in and check out timings. Front desk takes proactive care of needs which is extra mile approach, great. Breakfast was simply superb. Overall this is great hotel and we will return whenever visiting Tirupur.

Very well maintained property, staffs are very courteous and friendly. On food I had tried Chinese and North Indian dishes and must appreciate that they score a perfect 4/5 in food. Mani who manages guest relations has been extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for business and family stays.

No is an unacceptable word in a restaurant. We are ordering a food from the menu without onions and ginger for a Jain friend with us, the immediate answer is No. The fellow didn't even had the courtesy to check with manager or chef. During last visit same food was prepared in the requested way. Manager is one level up to the staff explaining how the restaurant is run in a pathetic way with inexperienced staffs rather focusing on how to get some food for the friend. The request is simple while preparing not to add couple of ingredients. Ready to prepare adding onions and ginger why not the other way. Rude behaviour of staff seen henceforth. Worst place. Good ambience is worthless when the basic necessities are not fulfilled.

Myself referred this property to my Friend's daughter. She came alone and stayed for 15 day and felt comfortable with her stay. Front staff Mani and Subha and other staff made her stay pleasant. Corporate discounts can be availed if we book direct as per hotel policy.

minutes ago on Google I just reached the hotel at the midnight from bglr. Due to my past experience in Dharapuram, I have to change 3 different rooms. Most of the hotels manipulate their photos by colour saturation. I specifically sent this message through make my trip and spoke to manager. He said he is upset that I am being suspicious. I just entered the room and it's better than some five stars in metro cities. Excellent white flooring and what better than this at this rate. Just close your eyes and book it if you can afford it. Better Hotel Stay at Tiruppur. Good Hospitality and nice staffs. Around 4 KMs from Station and 2 KMs from Old busstand.

We stayed overnight while heading to Munnar with 2 kids. Starting from security, followed by warm welcome by the staff. Food is awesome & service is cherry on the top. Loved every bit of it.

The hotel is located in calm place and good parking facilities available. I went there for a mariage reception and the hall is good enough for 50 to 80 people, but the food they served is good for nothing. May be they can offer high grade food depending on the cost.

Rooms are pretty spacious and there are ample parking on the front. Room services are also good, the staff are very polite, we went as a family for a wedding. Didn't expect a hotel with such cleanliness and comfort. Value for money

Definitely the best place in Tiruppur to go for small events, gatherings or conferences. They have a spacious hall with a stage that can be used for wedding receptions or any other family gathering. There is also a conference hall above, which can also serve as a dinning hall for events. The hotel rooms are well furnished with good ambience. You'll also have parking facility near the premises. The management is very courteous in every way. They will organize and coordinate the entire event for you! Kudos to them!!!!! Last, but not the least...the food served here is delicious too...You'll love it.

Very Clean and neat hotel. All white and white in room. Room interiors make you feel calm. Bedspreads and Pillows were clean. Good chair. Most hotels doesn't concentrate on small things, but here each and every things were good. Roads leading to this hotel is very narrow and surroundings is not so clean. Its worth the price to stay here. Food menu were limited. Food was tasty, but it was a bit expensive. One of the best hotel in Tirupur.
