Horrible experience! They purchased a huge amount of fake reviews! All are fakeAF! They denied our check in at midnight when I had travelled all the way from chennai and are not providing our refund for days now! Proper fraud receptionist and brainless manager! They claim it’s hotel policy to not provide refund! Taking legal action against the fraud manager and hotel!

Don't book directly.. In online with breakfast and dinner offers are available. He will best offer for direct booking, when we reach reception they demanded extra money for dinner.. Cheaters

The extra charge for early check-in after the from the room rent is a bit of a concern. Otherwise best one I would say. Mostly business client so, easy money. No for the all, who booked for personal trip would find difficult on charges. All good in simple words.

Unique experience & different concept. Food was nice. No disturbance & You get your private space i.e. Tube in which u hav your private AC too which sounds cool. This is for one who dont like too much of noise of nearby seaters! Just one negative is coming out of the seat is not comfortable & Ergonomics may be improved.

I had recently stayed in this hotel after a random and quick Google search.. I was so impressed with their cleanliness and hospitality... Staffs were so polite and helping.. food was so affordable and tasty.. they had continental, Indian and traditional breakfast too to my surprise.. I would highly recommend this place for stay!! There's a also a children park next to the hotel !

I stayed there for more than 30 days and so impressed by the courteous behaviour of staff in front office and restaurant. Rooms are very clean and the staff are always ready to help with a smile making our life at the hotel the hotel very comfortable. All the very best Mr Mathew, manager and team. We had an amazing stay at the Mayberry boutique hotel last weekend.. staffs were very courteous..the rooms looked newly built with the latest amenities..and the breakfast spread was also very delicious covering both English and south Indian menu..Thank for the amazing hospitality and services!

The Hotel is quite reachable and a decent one for a family stay. Few suggestions: 1. google map is not showing the accurate hotel, 2. The room had a cigarette smell all Over 3. The food can be improved but morning breakfast is good 3. I did the booking on the previous day of my stay and was informed of the number of guests staying, We were 2 adults and 1 kid (6 years old), and despite that only 1 bath towel and the dental kit were kept. I think the same can also be coordinated well. Good staffs who are very friendly and supports us when ever needed.

Booked here for 2 nights but stayed just 1, Poorly maintained, Rooms has permanent cigarette smell. Toilet lack exhaust which is the primary reason for strong odour in the room. Pillow case wasn’t replaced since last stay showed that this hotel has no quality control. Bathroom needs proper cleaning, dirt accumulation in the corners shows poor housekeeping practices. Linens shows heavy wear and tear and yellowish shade! All in all its not worth the money! The look and feel reminded us of a budget hotel. Had to quit stay and move to coimbatore for a better stay! Staffs are friendly, Food was Good! I will not stay here again! A lot needs improvement

While some guests felt the rooms were dated and cleanliness could be improved, the food was awesome and the staff, while not overly friendly, were formal. Some guests mentioned that the bathrooms could use improvement and that most of the activities were located in other parts of the hotel.
