Just poor service, I have booked the hotel through Goibibo, and got confirmation ID as well, on arrival to hotel they refused to give me room. And said hotel is booked and we will not give you room. Pathetic. Staff was also very rude

Useless service. They will ask if u came to eat if u ask extra salad. GM will be eating like a pig and won't bother u If u go and complain.

The hotel is very good, You can reach anywhere in Tirupur from this hotel location. As this hotel having restaurant there you can get the North Indian food. Dont try the North dishes😅 but there breakfast is awesome. The hotel have bar in ground floor and the room having all the amenities. They have three category in room. You can select as per your budget.

Extremely pathetic service at the reception counter, electricity going off every now and then, only 1 towel provided, very highly charged for a small unclean room, tiny hair lying down here and there on the bed, TV not working... at 2am in the night I had to change the room because the lights went off suddenly in the room not the hotel complete lights.... road noise coming all the time in the room so can't sleep properly. Room service not responding.

Not value for money , worst rooms, worst responses, very high price . Please travel some km and get good hotels .

Even though the location is in a congested area, the look and the rooms are good and neatly kept. Parking of vehicles is the main problem faced here. Even though they do have a tie up with a restaurant for food, it is very difficult to get the right food at the right time.

Room was very neat and clean everything is good but when coming to the price point it is very expensive compared to the facilities they are providing Staffs are very polite The only difference I noticed was the hospitality they offer and the professional touch in everything. Do not prefer for this hotel..worst service and food is tooo bad. Waste of money. I saw so many reviews abt food of this hotel but management still not looking into this issue and not trying to sort out. How lethargic it is!! The staff are looking everyone's reaction (they know already)while eating. Not a single person said the food is good.

We wanted to stay a night for a wedding in Tiruppur and there were very few options that were 3* and above. We didn't require breakfast and this was the only hotel that gave us that choice. Pros: Location is inside Tirupur close to city centre Bed was comfortable Cons: Very old and ill-maintained interiors, decors and amenities (DONOT BE FOOLED BY PICS ON GOOGLE - OUTDATED!). Looks like the management built a good hotel in city centre 15years ago and never spent any money to renovate and maintain. We paid ~ ₹3500 per night without breakfast and it was worth probably ₹2500 MAX. You can get far better, new and well looked after properties for this price nearby! Rooms walls are thin and could hear nearby rooms & upstairs. Wifi was not working and have to complain and wait for 6 hrs, and then raise the issue again to get it resolved FINALLY! Room phone was NOT working so no access to room service unless you call number off the website and ask to be connected to kitchen every time you need something. They forgot to put complimentary water bottles and when we asked for it they said they have accidentally charged us for it in the system and cannot reverse. So we ended up paying for 2x bottles of water as well! Pathetic. Filter coffee we ordered was sub-par and we could get better coffee in Coimbatore road side shop! Glad we did not eat there. May be good for party hall access/ business meetings as it is located centrally.

The staff is very underhand and not courteous at all. I had a booking made available with MakeMyTrip for 4800+980 tax for 3 people with extra bed. The hotel convinced me they will give me the same offer offline. Only when I was ready to check out did they hand me the bill which had extra for the extra bed . Fleecing customers like this is absolutely not done. Untrustworthy .

Stars were so rude wen we asking question for charging too much for soft drinks .. MRP 35 but hotel charge is 95. Staff behaviour is too worst. Please choose some other good hotels in Tirupur

Had a chance to conduct a workshop for 5 hours. Ambience, air con and PA system we’re good. Parking facility will be a challenge when some big events are happening. Restrooms are neat and clean. Staff were warm and friendly.

Decent hotel. Car parking is good. Polite staff but not trained. Room is neat and clean. In the bathroom bathtub is there. That is a little small. In the restaurant the service is very slow.

Great location, but please do not stay at this hotel. From bugs in the bathroom, to the door not closing, this hotel has all the problems you need. And that too in a suite. The food isn't great either.

This is a good hotel with a reliable internet, medium spacy rooms, very friendly and helpful service, and serving a good indian and International breakfast. Located Central in the city, AC was set very well on arrival to get you comfort without blowing you out of the room snd being noisy.

INR 5k for 1 night in a city like Tirupur means I should get top class service. Imagine after that no drinking water in the room. Okay mistake happens, I personally went downstairs to ask for it, they said they will bring it but still nothing. I finally walked outside across the road and got myself some water to drink. Hotel is only meant for holding conferences else not worth staying here, Hotel Mayberry at almost half the price is a better option.

The room size will be compact. Food price is not affordable. And taste and variety is always average.

Before 2 weeks I visit to RK residence for the lunch and we ordered Thali food is good but in curry cockroach in that curry I in formed to the Food supplier just he ask sorry and he not changed for the thali it’s their Careless… so please give a food and healthy food

The residency was in total wonderful in terms of service, facilities, luxury and located in a safe place. It is a must try for anyone deciding to take rooms to stay for business or personal stuff. The only draw back is the food which I can say is not good as well as not bad this average. You're given a complimentary breakfast which is average as well. This is the only reason I'm giving the residency 4 stars. Nevertheless it was as I said great in terms of service and luxury, thus I highly recommend in case you're seeking for a residency to stay.

Very nice place in tirupur for fine dining.. ambient and quiet.. excellent quality and tasty food.. value for money.. service was bit delayed though... Restaurants also serves alcohol..
