Good Lake for Bird watchers and Bird Photography. Roads are not Good. And difficult to move around.

Awesome lake, situated 8 kms from the Tiruppur railway station. It is little inaccessible to the public, roads are not properly maintained.. Looking forward to see betterment in this place down the line. Some projects are going on slowly to clean the lake. Fantastic sunset view captured in my camera.

It's an ideal place for bird watching and butterfly watching. This place have a great biodiversity.

One of the birds sanctuary in Tamil Nadu. richest nature is still Still alive here.. but some more maintenance is always needed by the government or social service mediums.

The place used to be full of migratory birds few years back, but now the constant clearing of the trees construction, cleaning and the destruction of the natural mound at the centre of the lake has resulted in lesser number of trees. The area surrounding the lake is not well maintained and dirty. It will be a great bird watching spot as it used to be if the place is maintained and watched under the supervision of the local government authorities.
