This is an amazing place, they know their stuff more than any aquarium shop i have visited. They have stuff from a to z. It's not easy to find shops with ph testers, co2 infuser and the hi-tech aquarium supplies. This is the only store I have come across that have them. They deserve a visit if you are into the hobby and into aquascape. They have a variety of fish which ranges over 20 species and different kinds under each species. They do also have a lot of plants and multiple types of snails. There is a variety of rocks ranging from lava rock to seriyu stone and also dragon stone. They have a wide selection of different shaped of drift wood. The range of filters also took be by shock they have the traditional ones and also the water fall type. Easily the best aquarium store in coimbatore. The only con that I have is that the custome service needs to improve, it takes too long to bag and they don't display all the fish they have. Otherwise it's amazing.

Good evening! i visited more than thrice to TETTRA AQUARIUM there has wide range of fishes and good quality fishes i would have given you 5-star rating but, i'm not satisfied with treating the customers not only once all the visits i have noticed the same worst behavior from lazy staffs/workers. please teach them how to behave. Treat all the customers equally they are going to pay the same amount for the respective fishes. Hope you understand. thank you.

After seeing reviews in Google I thought of visiting this aquarium which is nearly 30km away from my area. Had Really a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. He didn't even respond to my queries. Then I saw the maintenance of aquarium found some melted plants and sick fishes in betta, guppy. But then the Aquascaping is really Good in some tanks with few rare fish. Had a "BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY AQUARIUM HOBBY".

Unless the staffs the owner was too kind and helped me build my planted bowl,he will also give suggestions and make arrangements when u ask for,I was in search of dragon rocks. He arranged it within a week,i haven't see aquarium rocks in Coimbatore except lava rocks.i suggest him for planted tanks and fishes💙

They are in this field for more than two decades. Knowledgeable and the give proper guidance on maintenance etc., Reasonable pricing and they are not interested in extra bucks and sell anything just for the sake of selling..

Very nice shop. Small but has the basics of all the fresh water aquarium setup. The owner of the shop is very informative and knowledgeable. He is mr.gopal. Just four stars for not having all the varieties of fishes in the shop. But the owner promises to deliver it on request. They got the clear view curved acrylic tanks which is very awesome compared to the conventional ones. All together a best shop for any beginner or an advanced aquarium hobbyist!

Awesome place. The owner of the store knows what he is doing and also shares his ideas and educate their customers if required. They are really genuine in what they sell. Have good collections and well priced and not over anxious for money. Awesome Aquascaping is done in his planted tanks.

We went to purchase a complete set of aquarium as part of interior designing of flat, was looking for varieties of tanks and fishes available. After taking permission, took photos, suddenly the lady, who gave permission for taking photos started shouting at us saying why we are taking photos of everything. Wife got upset on shouting, we moved out of the shop shocked. Will never visit this shop ever. Pathetic unprofessional behaviour. Even road side vendor has better behaviour. When every shop trying to bring in more customers, shocking this shop shoo away customers visiting them. Pathetic, disappointing, shocking!

Very worst behaviour and dealing the customers by the lady in that shop. I have been here 3 times and all 3 times she gets angry and annoyed in taking even the fishes for customers. Arrogant lady with bad attitude

Good Aquarium.. Owned by Mr.Gopal having very sound knowledge about aquatic pets.. variety of fishes and aquatic plants and even imported fishes snails Nd crustaceans. They Also helps to install the aquarium base in home in normal to massive setups...

Though small in size , best customer experience and satisfaction! Brilliantly handled and cheap price too! Must suggest place to get tips and tricks to start up with your own little aquarium.

A very good store. At first glance you'd think that it's another normal store but they have everything related to fish-keeping. I have a big tank but I love keeping small and vibrant fishes and that exactly what they are all about. The variety they offer is immense and the price compared to other I've come across, it's very reasonable I'm from Bhavani and I have them shipped from coimbatore and the packaging is delivered in well-spaced thermocol box and I haven't any DOA

Bought black nerite snail today at reasonable price. Very happy with this little one 🤗. Tettra aquarium outlet may be small but they have a separate quarantine area where they have most exotic/rare fishes, snails, shrimps and they have plants too. Don't just judge by stock in their outlet. Just ask the staff in the shop they will guide you and get the fish that you want. One of the Most Oldest Shop @ Town . They don't display most of the exotic varieties but the quality and condition is Very good. when compared to others in Town . When i spoke with them regarding breading and fish keeping techniques. They helped me in a prompt way where i couldn't find the knowledge in other shops. One of the most resourceful shops where we can learn the practicing of fish keeping to the next level. Planted tanks are one of the most nature loving & mind relaxing . I could find most of the collection plants, Aquascaping materials and fishes Price seem to be very prompt . Best shop in the town for Hobbyist .

We went to purchase a complete set of Aquarium but we disappoint of the staff behavior she is not interested to show and explain products. This is not way to treat a customer, Am not recommending this place. Even the interior wasn’t good. Inside the shop very bad smell. Then we went another shop buy all products set.

Suggestion for the Shop:- Build a board that shows your shop. Your shop is like "Hiding in plain sight". About the shop :- They have almost all varieties of fish and aquarium devices. Nothing is missing. Also the shopkeeper is knowledgeable about the fishes. Had a good experience.

Tetra shop person's CHEATED me today 10.15am.. I ask shrimp. She ask me to come back 11.am. Again I went ask shrimp. Shop lady told me pair 50 Rupees. I said ok. But I want to see it.shop lady refused me. But she given me very worst Small shrimp. Even she didnt want stand there. I am not choosing that shrimp. Shop lady behaviour very worst.

Storefront doens't have much to display, but they have a warehouse sort for all tetras and other fishes. Prices are comparitively less. They have good collection of Full moon betta's at very less prices.

They have good quality fishes, at affordable prices. They have normal fish breeds. You won't find any big fishes here. I regularly get zebra pairs from here, for my baby arowana to feed. They have good size of zebra which is suitable for feeding baby arowana and other fishes that to live feed Tanks and fish foods available here Phone pay is accepted.(No minimum limit)

I've ben a customer here since 1998, i.e. 23 years as of date. Most of my knowledge base was contributed by our beloved "thaathaa kadai." Started with live bearers, then bettas, and upto angelfish (Pterophyllum Scalare) breeding. Best shop in South India when it comes to quality breeds. The legend lives on with the 3rd generation (Mr. Gopal) as well. Loads of memories from here. Let it be a novice or an expert, you'll learn loads that Google can't teach you when it comes to fishkeeping.

Learnt more about planted aquarium and lighting. Fishes are sold at nominal rates as they have local farms and they do import in bulk. Good place to buy tetras, shrimps, flower horns, betta, imported guppies.

Best place to get aquarium fish, good collection of shrimp, good knowledge and gives good idea regarding any queries in fish keeping. But if a lady is present in the shop, she doesn't even care about selling and has bad behaviour with customers (not the lady working there, one who owns it)
