Do not visit this restaurant at any cost. The management is a joke, there is absolutely no system and it's just going to be a terrible experience. Even a roadside small budget vendor will have better management skills than whoever is in charge of this place. The ambience is the only good thing here, but that is overshadowed by the mismanagement of the careless staff. When it's crowded, there is no first come first serve rule. If you're the strongest and the most cunning, you can get in. Waiting in a queue like a decent civilised person will only get you pushed and tossed around. What irks you the most, is the management here supports this. They don't care who comes first. As long as there are people to eat here, they are least bothered about who fights and who yells. The food seemed bland and average too, hygiene was a joke. The washrooms had a huge line, no maintenance again. The management should be ashamed of themselves for even calling this a restaurant. There are a lot more alternatives nearby, do try those instead.

Need more improvement in hotel maintenance and cleanness in serving food plates. Spoons literally not cleaned at all. Staffs Need to polite to customer. Food quality and taste not good.

A very good place to eat if u are hungry and u have crosse madurai. They have food South Indian meal and alacarte options

This is the worst experience I had. We ordered steamed rice and mushroom masala for my Father. Mushroom is not at all good. So we told the same and asked him to cancel. With what my father will have steamed rice. So, there is sambar on the table, so thought of having rice with little sambar. One person wearing off white shirt with temple hotel on his shirt order his lower staff to remove the sambar. Before my father wanted to have sambar, he removed it from our table. It shows the attitude of that person and hospitality. I don't understand y a person who is working in the restaurant is having that type of attitude. Even though if he is really the owner he shouldn't show that much of attitude. People go to a restaurant to fill the tummy but, this is the worst hotel who fills the tummy with the worst food and attitude. Never go to that type of restaurant. Everyone should also show us support . Today it's my parents, tomorrow it may be your parents

Nice hotel located at the busiest national highway. Wash room facility is available for the travellers entering into the hotel but poorly maintained at the same time you can't say it is worst. Parcel services available so you can take your food to home and save time. Nice atmosphere so you can stay in and have your food there itself. Food items are good and cheaper than any other high end hotel. Servers don't talk much as menu card is available so you have to select items from that and place your order. I do not recommend for lunches because there may not be a good person to clear vegetables for cooking and the manager may be a blind folded person. Overall best hotel for other items so visit here. Food taste is gud waiter behaviour is worst

One word review " Worst ". Better to eat in the city with the local vendor. The ambiance is good but the food is stale and cold.

The hotel had very small seating capacity and had to wait for 20 - 30 min to get a seat. We order special meals and chappathi. Chappathi was pathetic it was hard and tasteless. In special meals after several reminders also they dint get us appalam and few items. Atlast we had to walk away having very little. The price of meals is over priced for the quality.

No hardwash was available in the restaurant in any washbasin and when I asked the manager to get it refilled, he gave me a cold shoulder. No one came to pick the leftover plates for 15 minutes from our table. Once someone came to pickup the plates after repeated requests, no one came to take our order for next 20 minutes. Food was good, only visit the place if you have no other option, can deal with pathetic service and can spare atleast 1 hour on the weekend.

Worst customer service. Head of the waiters is extremely arrogant and doesn't knw how to respect the customers. If they don't want to welcome non locals they should display it at the entrance instead of mistreating the customers who want to eat tasty local food

Served cold gravy with parotta. Tables left with food particles especially rice even after cleaning - may be due to the colour of greyish-white marble table top, rice particles not easily visible to the cleaning staff even after cleaning thrice on demand.

Taste wise the food was not okay the cost was too higher for this taste. Please improve the taste and veg fried rice quantity was less the cost was 130 the quantity was not enough for one person

Me and my family travelled from Bangalore on the way thought this Hotel Temple City restaurant was good . But then very disappointed ,definitely not a good staff, misbehaved ,abused for asking why they did not inform shortage of food before taking the order. One of the cheapest staff and definitely not a friendly staff. One of the worst management and uncultured staff, we waited for an hr for food either informed nor gave ,just killed time. And also rats were running around under table. Never been to such Unhygienic Restaurants. They informed it is AC room space but then there was no AC . They made us wait ,gave table but not food. Please don’t encourage such kind of restaurants.
