Upmarket option in Fort Kochi (though still quite affordable), food is nice and well presented. Service is very good. Place does feel like a hotel restaurant though—could be cosier.

Beautifully kept property close to the Fortkochi Beach. The food was delicious and the menu provided a great variety. A great place to have a peaceful Sunday brunch with family.

Great place to have western and Indian fusion food with a glass of beer or wine. The chef really knows his stuff! The tuna ikan and chicken satay is a must try.

Great option around Fort Kochi. Indoor and outdoor seating in sophisticated and chic hotel. We had Indian/Dutch fusion prawns and a good sauvignon blanc, followed by chocolate torte. Chef Shinto came out to meet us and tell us about the food, and server Benesh was spot on with recommendations. Highly recommend.

Great flavourful food, with a lovely ambience. They cater for Jain diets (you need to call them in advance so the chef can prepare food in advance)

Finger licking delicious Kerala food, clean and well kept restaurant with great hospitality. Price might be a bit higher compared to other local joints, but would highly recommend having one meal at East Indies.

Great ambiences, good service. Steak was excellent. It was comparable to the best steak I had in US. Chicken was a bit undercooked and we informed the staff but they haven’t taken any action . We were a bit disappointed.

Another place which flatters to deceive. If you do go for breakfast, it's the only place which serves Dutch bread around but if you go for a lunch or dinner, the beer menu is limited. The food is good but again expectations vs reality!

Decent option to try some unique dishes - especially local recipes for vegetarians. One of their starters with ladyfinger was quite undercooked but the main course was outstanding. Given it's part of CGH Earth group, the service and ambience was top notch as always. But given the outdoor space, they should put in better fans and mosquito repellants. Note they don't do a tasting menu anymore. Their drinks menu is limited to wine and beer.

All seems perfect just a few hours after. I had a severe indigestion with vomiting and I am sûre that the cause is my dish : the prawn proposed by the coocker. Note that I am not allergic to shellfish! So, be careful.

Monsoo outside than sitting inside the restaurant. Beers helped in setting the mood ! NOTE this my friends- as far as food goes “You’re IN FOR A TREAT” vegetarian or not, Pescatarian or not you’ll love the vibe, you’ll appreciate the service & mostly the FOOD ! Good show ! My compliments to chef VIMAL & NITHIN our server, who made this random visit to their restaurant a memorable one. I wonder if I’m back in kochi again. But if I am- this is one place I’ll be doing two meals for sure.

Had the calamari, fish biryani and chicken satay. They had beer at double but reasonable for fort Kochi good ambience price. Super clean loo, good food options. But the best thing is the service. Left the shades there the staff followed us and gave it back. Much thanks to the staff. So polite and nice, kid friendly and interacted so well. Made everything much better.

Really excellent food that was an interesting fusion of East and West. Somewhat buried in the hotel, but worth seeking out.

A beautiful restaurant with a great view of Kochi. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but it is expected for the kind of ambiance and service they provide. If you wish to unwind and enjoy Kochi without budget constraints, this place is a must.

Amongst the finest places to dine in Kochi. They have a very creatively crafted menu with fusion cuisine that appeals visually as well as to the taste buds of most people irrespective of what their original preferences in food are. They also have Kochi's only oyster bar (afaik). The sizes of the oysters are smaller than one would expect though. The service herehas always been excellent.
