Good food and very nice service Staff is very reliable

Food review- Best quality, good & fresh food, timely delivery. Staff review- I have visited so many times but today 3rd time in a month. Always observing inappropriate gestures from one staff member. Yes, it was fruitful experience been over here for the stay, it included all we need. The entire look of the restaurant was elegance. The decor looked so astonishing, also the taste of the food was delicious. They also offered room with map plan meal added plan, breakfast with dinner, dinner was good but the morning breakfast was little delayed by time, but told to make it good next time. Probably, the breakfast included less things than the costing they took. But overall the experience was pretty good. Yes, Can be stayed over here.

Experience is okish.. from my experience The bed sheet was having some yellow- browinsh stain..and there was no toothpaste like for this price it should get..also 9 am break fast time.. but at 9:30 hotel was not even open😂..so if you are searching hotel if its too late then you can refer this.. about food - its good taste is awesome..

Don't order from the restaurant, the first plate had a fly stuck to it, the noodles served had multiple little stones that made it hard to eat, never to suggest a place to eat, the rooms are okayish, but not upto the price mark

I experienced it for the first time. I sat in the AC hall for lunch. Ambience is okay, rather average. Food service was quick but taste was average too. Wasn't extremely delicious or anything. I felt it's ordinary, might be overhyped. Prices are reasonable I would say. Still if you are in the area, do visit once.

Food is good. The quality has been constant since the time it has opened here in my town. They take very less time to serve the food. Hotel staff are humble and they keep the hotel clean and tidy. Its a hotel so they have got rooms & even a banquet hall. Lastly not so big space for car parking but its fine to visit for lunch because in the evening it gets crowded and u have to park your vehicle off the site...rather than that everything is good.(I always prefer a take away when any place seems crowded)😎👍

Actually my 1st experience of orizon is good but now today I'm order Chinese and also South Indian but there is chip test of all things which is I'm ordering so i can't prefer next time

Decent place for short stay. Room service was prompt and night sleep was OK. Have a restaurant at the ground floor which is a plus. However parking is road side, in the open.

A place to stay in Valsad as options are very less. Okay for the budget. Service and cleanliness need to improve. People keep talking all along the reception, down the window. A lot of disturbance.

Tried to reserve a table for 10 and the person on the other end being absolutely unprofessional denied in a rude and brash manner. Hotel Orizon, is this the kind of training you give to your employees? Shame!

Food served here is really amazing in taste . One can visit with friends, family Also used for office party or other gathering events.

We had an event and had used the Banquet hall. And all the facilities including food was excellent. Service provided was also excellent. Banquet hall was with projector and sound system which is also very good and at a very economical price.

The food quality is very nice i felt a little bit expensive. Over all good experience 🤝

Taste not that much good... Don't go in festival season

Rooms are nice but only one star for service because . they gave us a room with inactive A.C. & T.V with only one channel .

Good and tasty food one of my favourite veg restaurant in valsad. Recently they have renovation of banquet hall and it's ambiance is good. Tarrif is decent.

The rooms were quite decent with nice air conditioning. The food quality was not so good but somehow managable. But a good stay for the money spent.

Clean, neat, hygienic and tidy rooms. Parking available infront of hotel but on road. At night time a security guard is deputed.. unaware about day time whether guard is deputed or not. At night main gate is secured with lock. Located on the main Valsad road. Distence from highway must be only 2.5 kms CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.

Cardamon(Elchi) in sabji is something I didn't like. Pl ask customers bcz some may be allergic to it.

With the location advantage, this place is convenient for national highway travelers as well as main city people of Valsad. Considering this, one can expect better ambience room facilities with bigger sizes and little superior interior. Though it is fairly good in today's time and condition, there is good scope for much better improvement. So also restaurant needs to be improved in quality of food as well as convenient timing of opening the restaurant

The place was crowded but social distancing was maintained & all the staffs were masked. The food service was appreciable also the taste of food was great. I personally felt the quantity of sabji was little less but overall had a great experience ❤️
