Temple is located near Virudachalam in a small village. Temple office staff are very cordial and helpful in giving clarification with respect to procedures to be followed for submitting 'Pradhu' (Petition) to Arulmigu Kolanjiappar.

One of the best temples visited. Lord Murugan was in a different avatar which I have never seen in any other murugan temples. They have peacocks and deers in the backyard. Also they have vendors selling food to feed these animals. A peaceful place to spend your day. Temple was maintained neatly and there is ample amount of parking space. Oldest temple and a must visit place.

Fantastic place located 2 kms away from Viruchaleswar temple. After visiting virudachaleswara temple(closing time is 12 ) we have moved 3 kms in the same road. Good for children as the temple is having big idols, peacocks and deers. We can spend 1 hr time.

A powerful temple of Lord Murugar in the form of a peetam. If we submit our wishes (to be granted) and/or issues (to be solved), we could submit a petition to the lord here. The temple office issues a blank form in which we could write our needs. Then, after archanai, the sheet is tied to a Vel. Very peaceful temple and the gurukkal was very kind and supportive. Looking forward to my next darshan of Lord Murugar here 🙏
