Kids wears are too much expense and mens wear staffs no response to customer . Customers do self service . mens staffs are discuss grouply but customers searching a sizes models colour staff are they not responsible for sales worst staffs.

The sales staff have been pressured to keep every commodity in order. So instead of displaying the sarees or other materials they grab it from the customer's hands and keep it back inside the plastic cover or the shelf. When we go to any big store when we ask to look for a saree or a pant material the sales person will pull out umpteen number of options - their onus is on making the sale. Here the onus is on keeping the display orderly. It's not their mistake. Their trainer or supervisor has to be kicked out. Things are a bit overpriced for the quality. Attractive colours of the same product are priced higher. They think all their customers would be stupid and not notice. Anyways best of luck to them.

Customer atttenting service not good. Worst behaves on customer attending time... Shop good but pls avoid this type behaviours persons

Don't get deceived by the external look of this shop, product quality is one of the worst I have seen around virudhachalam. For quality offered price is very high. I bought a school bag here which became unusable within a month

Sales staff and floor manager in saree section are not properly treating the customer and they are not evening answering peoperly

Frankly speaking the workers while selecting the clothes were good at customers but while on the billing section the workers were too rude and they were not respecting the customers. Eventhough the store is good at materials customer satisfaction only lead to success but it fails as it is not properly governed. The managers were too not attentive towards the customers. I felt that if they didn't were their uniform they will be like customers roaming here and there.
