Worst service. Not recommended. They won't care about you and your tiles after the purchase. I have purchased tiles for my house. There are some shortage in bathroom wall tiles. I requested them to send tiles to near by place and I will collect it as I came from Mannargudi to buy tiles. I have called them continuously for 2 weeks. They said silly reasons everyday to ignore me. In between 2 weeks, they won't called me a single time to share the status for the shortage tiles. Now, I have fitted some other tiles in wall which looks very odd. Be aware of PSR. They won't care customers after the purchase. Don't buy tiles in PSR if you are coming from long distance.

Good shop for purchase of tiles. Very good reception and services But there is delay in the Godown for delivery. This issue has to be sorted by the management to avoid unnecessary and unwanted delay for the customers.

As it is known for the brand of Johnson and more varieties of tiles for floor,wall, elevation and for restroom.the unique quality in the place is very good and price is reasonable.And also have bathroom fittings like mixed faucet,normal and all types of faucet in different styles and washbasin in different colors and in different sizes.

There is no customer reliability. Though there are tiles varieties there is no proper response to customers.. As per quotes of Mahatma Gandhiji "Customers not relying on business but there is no business without customers"
