I have been looking forward to eating here, for what seems like forever. And maybe that was the issue. It's not that the food isn't good, or that the service isn't good. It was all just ok. The absolute best thing was the warm and soft bread they serve, honestly you can eat that and a salad and be satisfied. Everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. Our server was again good, he did nothing that would stand out above and beyond and again that's how I feel the food was. I ordered the shrimp boil, and yes they were generous with larger shrimp, but the flavor, the part that makes you want to spoon the juices of the boil into your mouth, was nothing spectacular. It just missed that bang. The fish tacos were fresh, and crisp, but the fish was bland, seasoning lacking. The fresh cut fries were mixed some were crispy and delicious, while others soft and under cooked. As if they fry large batches and they sit until served. I may have just gotten my hopes up from everything I read, and have been told. I'll try brunch next time m

The food was good, the prices are kind of high for the dishes .. but that’s what you get in a high tourist area. Our server was very attentive however it was very busy and wait time for food was a little longer than desired. Pictures are of the rolls (free), firecracker shrimp appetizer, chopped salad, red potatoes and the veggie pasta. The atmosphere was probably my favorite part, right on the water, cool boat theme, nice bar. Would recommend to friends.

Our first time here and we had the most perfect waitress, Lexi. She was so kind and helpful when it came to helping me choose which food to order. Please ask for her if you come here. She even put my food in my to-go box for me. The food was really good. I recommend ordering the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer. Make sure you put some lime on it, it’s so delicious! I heard a lot of hype about this restaurant and so I finally decided to give it a try for lunch. It turns out, I made a really good decision! I ordered some food that I normally wouldn’t try and it was awesome!

There's a reason why there are so many positive reviews on this place. The view and the food are excellent. I got the grouper and my wife had the steak and both were cooked to perfection. Raw oysters is one of their specialties and we got half a dozen to start off with and they were superb. It's a very busy place and reservations are definitely suggested unless you go after 9:00 p.m.

There is no restaurant without your staff, there is no staff without your customers, so let me first give credit where credit is due, Matthew absolutely personifies that statement! Please everyone, ask for Matthew when you visit. His service was perfection. He was patient, very informative of the menu items, funny/engaging, and quick but very efficient. He provided the best service we’ve ever had at any restaurant and that’s no exaggeration. We were sat almost immediately which was great given the amount of people visiting. We had a perfect spot by the water with a fantastic view of people riding On the water and the resort near by. The food was phenomenal. “Just ok” doesn’t cut it. The tuna was cooked to perfection, and the aged ribeye was the most tender and juicy steak I’ve tried thus far. We also tried the truffle fries, Mac and cheese, calamari and delicious raw oysters - all of which were palate pleasing. The atmosphere fits all occasions - date night, business meetings, quick bite before continuing to stroll around Disney Springs, hang out spot for friends etc. We will be revisiting, no doubt about it. This was overall a fantastic experience, and one we will always remember.

Third time visiting and still a great seafood experience. Definitely one of Disney springs' best restaurants if you love seafood, and Adrian is a greater waiter that made sure to take care of us well. Outdoor seating is pleasant and automatic shades can deploy if the sun gets in the way. Fair price for the quality food, this place simply does not miss!

We had such a great dinning experience here at the Boathouse! Our server, Jessica, was such a lovely person. She was so kind and friendly, she gave us a free cupcake to celebrate our anniversary and drew a cute picture of Mickey and Minnie on the napkin!!! She is the best!! We got salmon and NY steak. Food was great, definitely not one of those tourist traps. They actually provide good food!!

Went here for a quick lunch while walking around Disney Springs, we had an awesome experience! The food was great, as soon as we sat down we were greeted by our waiter with hot buttery rolls. He quickly grabbed our drinks and took our food order, we enjoyed watching the “car boats” cruise along the water while waited for our food since we sat on the patio outside. The main course was phenomenal and our server was beyond expectations! He really tied our whole experience together. Would love to come back and try some other menu items.

Great food. Friendly service. We popped in without a reservation towards the end of the night and we were seated immediately. We did ask if we could sit outside and were told those tables were for reservations. We understood but were a little confused since it was 90 min before closing and all the tables outside remained free. We even saw a few folks get seated outside so it wasnt due to the area being closed. Overall, a good experience and good food. Its Disney so expect to pay a premium.

Great place for some seafood and drinks. I had the shrimp boil and it was amazing! Let’s just say I didn’t leave hungry! And the dinner rolls, wow! I’m not a big bread eater, but I had two because they were so good! Highly recommend you check this place out!!

Started off our Disney adventure here. Was looking forward to eating here for a long time. The service was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the food was delicious. Loved the live entertainment too. 100 percent recommend getting the salmon dish, and your steak of choice and splitting it between your party. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the far rendered just right. The salmon was melt in your mouth!

This is one of the best restaurants in all of Disney. The architecture, decor, and view is amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a big drink menu, and a decent sized food menu. Also, the complimentary bread is delicious. Their kids menu is also cool. I would totally recommend going here. Note: It's reservations only.

Love the Boathouse! Best restaurant in Disney Springs by far. I ordered the Lobster Roll which is always delicious, I get it without tomatoes though. The rolls are delicious and every single appetizer is amazing. Really one of the best places I’ve been to. The service is also second to none, with the most attentive wait staff I’ve ever had. Seriously, if you love good food and amazing service this is the place to go. Every time I go to Orlando I make it a point to stop at Boathouse and a different restaurant called Beefy King. I love this restaurant and everyone who works there.

This place is really busy and for good reason. First and foremost make sure you have a reservation or be prepared to wait for the bar seating to open up. The fried calamari is really good. It has a little spice and the dipping sauce compliments it well. The steak is chargrilled and cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese reminds me of my grandmother home cooking. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is.

We had advanced reservations for a Thursday evening and spent the day shopping beforehand. We arrived about 30 minutes early, checked in and enjoyed drinks at the bar prior to being sat. The service staff was incredibly polite and friendly, both at the bar and tableside. The restaurant had a dedicated allergy manager who took my husband's order and a dedicated chef who prepared his food. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about his allergy and what his options were. She also was able to provide recommendations on what others have preferred and not preferred - she was truly wonderful. I loved her. The manager of the restaurant came over to check on us as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! Great service, great food, great drinks, and very accommodating to a gluten free diet.

Beyond excellent food and service. The filet mignon sliders literally melt in your mouth. Highly recommend the Blueberry Lemonade as an adult beverage. Service was impeccable, every detail was absolutely perfect. This is our first trip to the Boathouse but certainly not the last. Highly recommended. Also excellent views no matter where you sit.

We went for lunch and had a reservation for when they opened at 11am. It's a little expensive for lunch (but not that expensive if you have been used to paying for Disney dine-in restaurants). The seafood is really good, and the service was excellent. If you go early you can likely request to sit where you want and get a nice water view. I would definitely eat here again.

This restaurant provides an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it when considering dining options at Disney Springs. The service was incredible and the restaurant had an excellent ambiance with live music being performed by a very talented pianist. The food was great although I would probably skip the brunch menu in the future. The food from their normal menu was definitely better.

My first time here, and cannot ask for a better experience. Our server Dakota was phenomenal and gave perfect recommendations for food and drinks. I will definitely be returning and passing on the recommendation for the amazing food, atmosphere and service. 10/10 Highly recommend.

We spent a few hours in Disney Springs and wanted to sit and eat. This place did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly. The food was excellent. The environment was true to the name. They have a boat inside that people were sitting in to eat. So cute. We all enjoyed our meals. The jumbo crab cake was really well cooked with chunks of real crab meat. If we make our way to Disney Springs in the future we will go here again!

Lackluster food, great rolls and service. We came here for my friends bachelorette and I’m grateful she loved it. I was not a fan of the food, especially given the price. The highlights were the super addicting rolls that were amazing! We had great service and our server went above and beyond. Presentation of food was lacking and some things looked like they came from a cafeteria. I had the crab cake and it felt more like a crab pancake. It was not thick or luxurious. It didn’t have much flavor. I feel like I’ve made better crab cakes before so this was definitely a let down. Oysters were good, but small for the price and not worth it. I enjoyed my Caesar salad. The bride had fish was completely over cooked; she didn’t seem to mind but I thought hers was inedible from the bite I had. I would come back for cocktails and rolls. Would not return for dinner.

The atmosphere, service and food were all amazing. Fredy made sure we had full water glasses and rolls immediately upon sitting down. We then had Seth as a server and he was very attentive and friendly. We talked about our home state with him and about weather and such. He made sure we had no questions before ordering and checked on us often. Will definitely return

There are so many options at Disney Springs that it can be hard to choose... but this one is a must. The location and atmosphere are top notch at this restaurant! If you love water, boating, seafood, or fancy drinks, you'll love everything they have to offer here. You can even take a car ride through the water! We like to go out to the bar in the docks and enjoy the weather and views. We will be back on our next trip!

Great food and service, never had to ask for a refill on the drinks, waiter always checked on us. The calamari was more an Asian dish, my Wife loved the pasta she ordered and my Lobster roll was better than the one i had in Boston. Kid’s menu was small but looked decent. This cake though feeds more then 2 people.

Wish I could give a better review. Just wasn’t very impressed with the food quality. It was also a very long wait time for our lobster sandwiches. I think we waited about 70 mins after ordering. The waiter/ staff in general were really great. To me the lobster sandwich tasted like frozen lobster on a kinda cheap bread roll. Fries were great. I think we got the truffle ones. If we went again I would try their special of the day or the steak that the waiter highly recommends.

For our last dinner in Orlando, wife and I decided to check out this place in Disney Springs. Without reservations we weren’t sure if we were able to get a table during a busy Sunday night but we were lucky. The restaurant was nicely decorated inside giving out that “boathouse” vibe. There are many screens so we were able to catch a glimpse of the Dolphins game. Our server was very tentative and friendly knowing we were from out of state (just like majority of the guests here) she patiently explained the menu and the local IPA selections. We ordered some calamari, fish tacos 🌮 and tuna tartare. The quality of food was descent but the quantity was a bit lacking given the price. I guess being in the Disney Springs, tourists were quite willing to pay extra 💰 Overall, I would rate this place a four star. Food is probably above average but price is also above average. Recommend you to check it out if you are in the area but not worth the extra trip in my opinion.

Decided to eat here for our 37 anniversary my wife had the lobster tail and I had the porterhouse steak and side order of fries. My steak came out well done and I ordered it medium said I would eat it but our waiter said that wasn't what you ordered and he got me a new steak cooked perfectly. Our food was awesome. We had the keylime pie for dessert served in a big glass which was a different way it was made but was also good. All the people that worked in the restaurant made the experience fun and rewarding. So glad we ate here.

Update! STILL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Wife opted for the Roasted Chicken and absolutely loved it! Such an awesome place! GO HERE! UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. WOW. I have had salmon at so many restaurants and the salmon here is absolutely next level incredible. The quality, the flavor, and the way it was prepared was PERFECT. Best salmon I have had at a restaurant! Our waiter Joel was great too, and recommended the firecracker shrimp tacos to my wife and she absolutely loved them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want a 5 star meal!

It was really nice. The atmosphere 👌 was great food good and views of the water awesome. The bread they start you off with was delicious and not too sweet perfect to start you off. I should have ordered my steak medium instead of medium well. The steak came out more well done and the eggs were more from a carton than shell, but that being my only complaint.

The food was beyond delicious! I had the ribeye cooked medium and it was prepared to perfection! My hubby had the tuna and it was seasoned perfectly and I don't even eat fish like that. Let's no forget about the service, our waitress was on top of everything and she was very busy but made sure we had everything we needed. Last but not least try the duck drink. Is very sweet but well balanced and its cute too!
