We stayed for two days and it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t had any issues and everything was there as mentioned in our booking site, the manager was extremely helpful with all our asks and provided it. Also the breakfast provided to us was soo good.

Please don't book this hotel !! It is either a scam or they just closed for good, no idea, we waited outside the door for 3 hours and no one responded to the bell, in the end we called agoda and after another couple of hour, agoda gave us a full refund saying that the hotel was not replying to they're email and calls, so if you would like to book an hotel near Vatican city, please check for something else!! Stay away from this PLACE!!

Scam !!!! Avoid this place. They are closed Me and my family stay here for 4 hours to wait there but no response. At the end we called Agoda agency to find new accommodation these days and they must full refund for waste my time and scams us!!!!!!!

Good quality accommodation in very central location right next to Ottaviano metro. Good choice of bars and restaurants. Good aircon!!

Gestore simpatico e disponibile. Camera ampia anche con divano angolare. Bagno grandissimo dotata di lavatrice nel caso di soggiorni più lunghi!

Очень уютные и чистые комнаты. Достаточно ненавязчивый и приветливый персонал,а так же имеется кухня со всем необходимым. Месторасположение однозначно удобное,а особенно рядом со знаменитым Макдональдс где можно выпить отличный капучино.....всегда можно найти место для парковки и договориться о позднем выезде с отеля. Спасибо за теплый прием вернёмся снова к вам.

Hôtel très bien situé 3min du Vatican avec métro au pied de l’hôtel . Arrivé très compliqué il n’y a pas de réception aucune indication par mail ou téléphone la réception ce fait grâce au client déjà arriver qui on le numéro pour joindre le responsable ! Point négatif des chambres le bruit des canalisations plus les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées !

The structure is actually one apartment divided into 4 rooms, with a common kitchenette equipped with all you need. We stayed in room no 1, quite a big room, actually a triple one, there was an additional bed. The room is well heated, it’s equipped with AC and also a radiator. The bathroom is small and you need to be careful when jumping in and out of the shower. There was a strange noise coming out of the sewer system everytime we turn on the water in the bathroom. The bedsheet had some stains, but it smelled clean-y. The room is not soundproofed. All in all, it was a nice stay, given the location (5’ by foot from Vatican City, 1’ walk to the nearest metro/bus station), the room faces the staircase so it was very quiet. I felt safe. Beware: the city tax is 7 eur/night/person, but then it’s Rome, right?! :) PS: I’ve seen many people complaining there was no one at the reception. There is no reception, you just have to call the owner in advance of your arrival. I’ve found his number on google maps.
