Literally the most terrible mall I’ve ever visited! Not hospitable here at all! We are Americans on vacation with our American vaccination card. We had mall security called on us at the McDonald’s because we did not have Italian vaccination passes. We are tourists and we’re told upon entry that our National vaccination passes were sufficient. However the manager at this McDonald’s upset yelled and screamed at us like we were criminals. He would not let us eat there and refused to refund our money since he didn’t want us to eat there. He told us to take my 9 year old outside in the cold and rain to eat. If I could give zero stars for this mall and this location I would. He called mall security and they too did not understand Italian law and told us we must eat outside. My child was very upset by the whole situation. It really tainted my view of Rome and Italy. I believe in vaccinations and my husband and I are fully vaccinated with proper documentation, yet we were treated in such a derogatory manner and literally escorted out into the rain where my child had to eat her unhappy meal in the cold rain after sunset. No one stepped in in our defense- yet everywhere there were signs about Italy being open again for tourism after covid yet an entire mall ostracized us as vaccinated tourists with valid cdc vaccination cards!!! Truly felt unwelcome and honestly helpless as we were forced to eat in the cold rain outside with my 9 year old! So disrespectful! If I could leave zero stars I would! Tourists Please be mindful before visiting this mall and most especially this McDonald’s!

One of the best shopping malls in Rome. Accessibility is not fast enough but the diversity and quality is quite good. You can find almost all the landmarks in the main building, there are two other buildings one belonging to Ikea the other one offers house, garden, architecture and professional equipment. I found this place good to give a five

Great mall it has a lot of things. If you’re a tourist and you are not looking for a supermarket, get out of here you idiot, go eat some street food or go visit some local culture.

My experience at Porta di Roma Galleria was absolutely amazing. As soon as I entered the mall, I couldn't believe its immense size. It's definitely one of the largest shopping centers I've ever visited. What caught my attention the most was the tremendous variety of stores and brands available there; I found everything I could imagine in terms of products and goods. Regarding the prices, they were reasonable considering the quality and diversity available, making shopping there enjoyable and comfortable for my entire family. Besides the fantastic shopping, I must commend the beautiful atmosphere inside the mall. The place was clean and attractive, thanks to its lovely design and comprehensive facilities. There were plenty of options for delicious dining and a great variety of restaurants, which made our experience even more complete. Honestly, it's a place that all shopping enthusiasts should visit and enjoy with family and friends.

Typical mall with most popular brands under one roof. Good for locals not for tourists. Hard to get to with public transportation or 30€ cab ride from central Rome.

You can find a plenty of famous clothing brands here, however for a shopping mall in Rome/Italy, you expect to see more restaurants!

Nice mall, has 2 levels of shopping area, great brands and some unique stores which were a pleasure to browse. There is a supermarket for grocery shopping and plenty of covered parking and it's free! It would be nice to have a place to buy some food, small restaurant or something, but there are a few coffee shops that you can buy some baked goods or a sandwich.

I had a beautiful experience in shopping here. It is located since 2007 near the gates to the Eternal City. Porta di Roma is Italy’s largest shopping center and one of the most modern in Europe. It beckons visitors with an experience that goes well beyond its retail offerings and flagship brand names. The mall holds a variety of cultural and entertainment events throughout the year that families and children find especially appealing. In 2019, for example, young visitors marveled as they gazed at a cube made of screens that, like a giant prism, yielded an infinite number of reflections and distortions. Porta di Roma’s summer festival is held each year in June and July.

It's a Mall... I think by now we're all familiar with Malls or Shopping Centers. Well, this one is not different to all the rest. Shops everywhere, eateries, big department stores and entertainment quarters and with a big cinema complex. It looks good and modern, and people can even take their pets inside, which is a bit over the top, but then again, when in Rome...

meh. Typical shopping mall. Shops, restaurants, more shops. Bad side: 1. not enough seats for the guys who have to wait. 2. The toilets are Woodstock Festival style latrines. Either out of service, or never been cleaned. Even the bins were full. I tried 3 different ones before I gave up and decided to keep whatever I had to do until I got home.

Entrance was clear, big parking with several entries to the mall, all colored to ease access, and hadicaped friendly. The mall has a great variation of food, clothes brands and cafes, huge screens at the food court where you can watch football matches. There is a nice nursey room, and you can have extra time with your baby for breastfeeding and diaper changing. There is also a big Cinema

Easy to arrive, a lot of parking space if you go by car. Taxi station is near by. You find absolutely everything in here. Nice restaurants and cafeterias if you want to sit down between shopping and have something to eat.

This shopping in mall in Rome is great place to visit and shop like many locals do. I went there a few times and you can find a bargain if you hunt. And, the Italian styles are found throughout the place. Go during the holidays as the place is decorated spectacularly. And, if you're visiting when its raining, this is good place the visit. Go if you're in the area.

Pretty good sized. Plenty of parking when I was there and it's mostly under the mall so you can stay dry. Shopped the Lego store and the staff knew English well. Lot's of sales going on. Ikea is there too and that's always fun. Easy to find with any Android auto.

Big, modern maze of a mall set on several floors. Nice places to eat and all the usual shops. An hour from the center of Rome and accessible by bus, (no train) from Rome Termini. Number 38 bus. Buy return ticket from ticket office for €7 return.

Far from city center you can spend half day inside but it does not mention some important things. First of all there is no taxi way back to the city center or it is very less. Secondly there is not benetton for man!!! And also the time that we go celio was closed while in the website mentioned it is open. The rest was pretty good😎

I had an excellent time exploring Porta di Roma Galleria! This shopping mall offers a fantastic variety of stores and amenities. From fashion boutiques to dining options, there's something for everyone here. The mall's layout is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate between shops. I particularly enjoyed Media world. The food court had a diverse selection of cuisines, and the seating areas were comfortable. Additionally, the staff throughout the mall were friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant shopping experience. Parking was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. Whether you're looking for a day of shopping or a relaxing dining experience, I highly recommend visiting Porta di Roma Galleria

(Translated by Google) I state that - as in the vast majority of shopping centers - it is practically impossible to maintain the distances required by the legislation for the containment of the covid. Having said that it is my favorite mall on Rome. I delight in creating small wooden objects, but I also like to go to electronics stores and here is everything that suits me. There is Ikea which always has some design object that can interest me or my wife or the children. Between Leroy Merlin and Media World I have everything I need. In addition, I believe there is the only Xiaomi store in Rome, which is always worth a look (there is also an Apple store, but I'm not a fan of the apple). Honorable mention also for Decathlon which for years has become my point of reference for the purchase of clothing and comfortable shoes at extremely competitive prices to work.

Big shopping mall, in the same area Leroy Merlin and Ikea. You can only reach the mall with own car or by bus no 80 from Rome city center.

Took us one hour by bus to get there. Very busy, but Saldi (sale) was just started. Nice variety of shops. Spent much money there. Excellent service at Marina Rinaldi ❤️.

Biggest mall in Rome, every shop is here as well as Ikea right across the entrance. Parking outside and in garage. Busstop is very close.

It’s a nice and vast shopping mall. Because of its size it can become extremely crowded The food court has limited options in my opinion Parking is somehow always an adventure

Fab place for shopping to meet anyone's budget. One negative was eating at the Wild Wild West! Dirty plates left on a lot of tables! Ordered Tacos which were disgusting and got a service charge of 4 euros!!!

Not much to say! One of the best mall in Rome. Worth the visit. You can spend time shopping, dining, "grocerying", and doing fun things such as going to the movie theatre.

Great place for shopping, you will find just about anything you need here, as this is the biggest shopping mall in Rome. However, if you expect to have a nice meal here, then this isn't the place for you. The location is also horrible as it is almost outside the city.

This is not a bed and breakfast. It's a mall. And a fantasticly huge one at that! Something for everyone. And they welcome dogs!!!

Good place. They should open sooner in the day. Bus stops are far, far away from the doors. Can something be done? Bus people are punished.

So many shops. Especially the garden store so big and offers everything. I saw they had Imax there so would definitely like to go there and see something.

Shopping Mall Porta di Roma is located in Rome, Italy. The mall features a wide range of global retail shops, restaurants, a cinema, and a grocery store. Visitors can enjoy a great break from the city center and shop at large Italian supermarkets like Auchan, Coin, Alcott, and OVS. The mall is well-organized, well-maintained, and has two stories with many shops of all kinds. Visitors can also rent clothing from the mall. The mall has a good gelato place and a nice-looking food court. Overall, Porta di Roma is a great place to shop and spend time with family and friends.
