We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family trip: It is 100% NOT a four-star hotel.... even if the WiFi would have worked. Already the direct booking process was very rocky and chaotic - with no response to our emails. The hotel itself looks nice and has a convenient parking lot. Bring an adapter for your devices, only Italian outlets are installed! The outside garden and pool look amazing and are well kept, even off season. The rooms are spacious - albeit outdated and with a way too small shower. The carpeting everywhere just doesn't look hygienic. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant experience is nice - with tasty food and kind waiting staff. We were able to eat late without problems. Breakfast buffet also good, not too many options - especially gluten-free or vegan (expected in a wannabe 4-star hotel). The WiFi connection just doesn't work! The cleaning staff have confirmed that it always crashes, while the front desk kept saying that we were the only guests with problems and that the WiFi system was "just new". None of the family devices (over 20 people) worked, even through the staff access key. It was absolutely impossible to work online for 4 days - a catastrophe in this day and age. Even leisurely websurfing was interrupted every 5 minutes. Unbelievable. We were never offered as much as an excuse for this situation - let alone a discount. Last but not least, they tried to double charge our family members (whom had paid in advance) at check out: lucky that we checked with each other directly. We were told to "even it out" between one another instead of getting the money back directly, and the front desk reacted arrogantly to their own mistakes. Important: We are native Italian speakers, so no language barrier was there. A one-star hotel at best, because of an arrogant front desk staff and not functioning Internet connection. Never coming back.

just a disaster. There is an unbearable stench of sewage on the street and in the rooms. An absolutely incomprehensible attitude towards guests, because there is no “do not disturb” sign in the rooms, and very noisy maids will burst into your room at 8 am. I don't recommend it. additional information: 1) the Internet does not work; 2) poor and meager breakfast 3) there is no water in 4 star rooms. 4) the renovation is not very recent.

Visited Tivoli for a short business trip and Duca D'este was recommended by our hosts I can't say I was unsatisfied, but was not as good as I expected for a 4 star hotel. The most negative point was the fact that the shower did not work and I had to wait until next morning to get fixed. I am not sure if the minibar was working either. Breakfast was simply adequate and I really missed some good Italian coffee. The cappuccino I ordered was probably from an automatic machine. The restaurant was very fancy but the dish I ordered (chefs recommendation for that day) was of medium quality. The service was really fast though. The room was clean and comfortable with a large screen TV. All in all, not bad for a 2 night stay for a business trip but I would expect more for the price.

In general the room of the hotel is old fashion but it's has good service, nice food and the staff is very polite. The location of the hotel is a little fat from the Tivoli Centre so probably you need to take a taxi.

Hello everyone, I want to leave my negative review about the work of the hotel reception. On December 8, 2023, my family and I wanted to go to the spa complex, which is located on the hotel premises. When we arrived, the girls at the reception, in a non-welcoming manner, told us that there were no places in the spa for today and for several days in advance, after which I asked if it was possible to go to the toilet, to which I was told NO..... Which is very strange , to see this in Europe, and indeed in the civilized world. A shame. Then the spa complex itself answered us on Instagram that they had availability for today and had reserved three places for us. after we returned back to the hotel about 20 minutes later, the girls were a little surprised and said that they didn’t understand anything about this at all and we could go to the spa, which is located on the floor below, and figure it out ourselves. As a result, we spent 1 hour of time and gasoline on all the disassembly. It would seem like such a good hotel, but such bad staff who don’t understand anything. I was here for the Ryder Cup 2023. It was close to the golfcourse Marco Simone where I worked. The people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are old and need updating.

This is for sure not a 4 stars hotel. Come to Romania to see how a 4 stars hotel should look!! I asked for a taxi to Ciampino the staff told me 60 euros and if I want an invoice i need to pay 66 euro. Come on we are from romania we are used to it so dont try to lie to us! Gazzo

Far from center, low quality breakfast,rude employes, in the rooms there is a very unpleasant smell and there is no space even to empty your luggage.

Not the worst quality hotel, but you would expect something more from a 4-star place. The rooms were quite nice, clean and tidy. The shower cabin was quite tiny. The breakfasts were just okay, typical breakfast buffet. The hotel restaurant it seems as it wants to be very fancy, but the dishes, although nicely served, weren't anything special in terms of flavor. On a plus side, we received a professional service from all the hotel workers.

Rooms were very small, prices were high and all the amenities (spa gym) cost extra. The breakfast was ok but pretty boring. This all adds up to a poor score overall.

It is a good hotel, very big and with comfortable rooms. The rooms are very clean and also the people working here are very nice. The foot and breakfast are at top level. I give 4 stars because of the moquette that is clean but not so much.

Near the Capital ( Rome ) sboit 10 km. If you came with a care , you could parking in park of Hotel , Spa perfect nice atmosphere.

Excellent/friendly staff who go out of their way to help with anything you might need. Great food in the restaurant if you have to stay in due to COVID-19.

Looks good and pretty outside. The reception team are good and proud to see you in the hotel. Room is clean and quite silent. Not so hot like in other hotel. Breakfast was good. Many parking inside the structure. Maybe I'll return

This hotel has not been updated since the 1980’s. The rooms may be large by European standards but everything is run down. I would be very disappointed if I were on vacation and arrived here with my family. It is a bit smelly and the mattresses have seen thousands and thousands of visitors. I do not exaggerate here. They are bumpy and uncomfortable. The entire facility needs to be remodeled. Once it is remodeled it will be an acceptable place but until then I do not recommend staying here.

The best thing about this hotel is de nice swimming pool. The rooms are extremely old, not well maintained, very poor bed. Everything really dark. Reception staff is friendly but they do want to photocopy your credit card which I don't like. Lots of tour buses in this hotel but for the breakfast they keep them separate from the other guests which is nice. So the overall 2 stars because of the horrible rooms (zero stars). Breakfast and pool are 4 stars.

Rooms are clean, quiet and confortable. Parking is free. There are enough restaurant and grocery store nearby on foot. Staffs are nice. If you leave the hotel before 6AM, you can even ask for a breakfast to go.

Room was very bad. There was only one working power plug, one of the extra bed was broken and one of the wall lamp was falling down. We said it at the reception and they told us that there’s no one to repair it now. There was also a smell coming from the AC. Swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was tasty.
