I enjoyed it very much. But I didn’t like the heat at all. It was very fun and unique. It does have some pictures of people with no clothes on. Over all it was really fun!

One of the best and most memorable tours we've done!! We did the half day tour and were greeted as soon as we left the train station at at Pompeii. Lello is really good at what he does, he was knowledgable and a lot of fun. If it wasn't for the tour I think we'd have wondered around aimlessly and missed a lot of interesting detail that was pointed out. There's plenty of other tour guides around Pompeii but I'd 100% recommend this tour! Also we went in April and the weather was perfect for it - not hot, slightly chilly but it made all the walking around so bearable. Wish I could go back and do the Herculaneum tour!

BEWARE: We were left roasting in the pompeii sun for 3 hours. Very poor customer service, and zero flexibility for any changes whatsoever. Once they have your money its gone and they will offer no fixes or changes or compensation to make up your ruined trip.. so beware and insure you dont book with them specially with viator which is as bad as them in my opinion. We ended up paying entry all over again and our big payment was never recovered. I really couldnt believe those emails i was getting.. i was being nice and they were being very rude..they must learn from amazon how true customer service is done but whatever. Try other tour providers like ASKOS tours who are bigger in the business.

Very nice, a very nice experience on my side. I didn't take a guide, lucky because it was very very hot. Tips: Bring a bottle of water, running shoe, hat and sunscreen

Had a tour with Roxanne of Pompeii and it was great. Booked for two for 90 euros. Highly professional and good knowledge of the history and very entertaining as well. She really brought a lot of the history to life and painted a fascinating picture of Roman life. Definitely worth it

With her guidance, the city came alive for our group; and the tour was ultimately my kids' favorite thing we did in Italy. She was absolutely fantastic with my 11-year-old and 6-year-old children. I booked the private tour of Pompeii because it was my husband's #1 thing to do on our honeymoon. We had a tour with Lello himself and I cannot express how enjoyable the experience was. Both my husband and I say that it was the highlight of our trip! Lello was an archaeologist who has also been giving these tours for quite some time. It was clear that he was extremely passionate about sharing the history of this magical city with those who visit. We learned countless interesting facts that we were so excited to share with our loved ones when we returned. We toured Pompeii on 15 June with Lello and it was worth every dollar spent. From the moment he met us he was professional, courteous, KNOWLEDGEABLE and friendly. On the day of our tour, Steven, our driver for the trip, came to our hotel to pick us up. Soon we were on our way to Pompeii! We were greeted by an extremely enthusiastic guide, Lello upon the opening of the car door! Lello is an archaeologist and is very knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii. He was very engaging making the whole tour lively and fun. He also let us experiment the effects of standing right at the amphitheater to test the impact of the voice projection. It was amazing! Lello, thank you so much for the wonderful tour at Pompeii. We agreed it was the most worthwhile and best experience out of our entire trip in Europe! Pompeii is unbelievable. Roman society was much more advanced than most of us can appreciate.

Super informative. Take water with you or buy a cold bottle for 1 euro near the entrance, you'll need it. Our guide was fantastic and spoke English but tended to repeat everything she said 4 or 5 times. All in all, a good tour but cutting back on the repetition would've allowed us to see a lot more of the ruins in the tour format.

Our tour was absolutely fantastic! Rosanna, our guide was amazing and took the time to get to know us and help us decide the content of the tour. With so much to see we wanted our boys, first time at Pompeii, to see as much as possible in the time allotted. Rosanna kept the tour personal, always interacting with us as if we were family or friends. My whole family had an amazing time and our visit to Pompeii was by far the best part of our vacation thanks to Rosanna. I cannot recommend this tour more highly. An absolutely amazing afternoon in one of the most stunning places in Italy.
