I
had
an
online
appointment
with
a
doctor
and
it
was
a
disaster.
I
asked
for
a
specialist
in
gynaecology
and
they
sent
me
to
this
doctor
who
I
didn't
believe
was
a
specialist.
I
used
this
service
because
I
needed
an
expert
around
menopause
and
this
doctor
might
have
been
a
doctor
but
not
a
specialist
in
this
field
and
if
they
are
I
worry
for
women
across
Italy
because
she
was
truly
dreadful.
Without
taking
notes
about
me,
observing
me,
she
actually
told
me
I
had
to
alter
my
diet
and
suggested
I
eat
Marmalade
and
toast.
Not
kidding.
She
was
twenty
minutes
late
and
couldn't
work
the
audio.
Either
her
English
weak
or
her
expertise.
I
told
her
I
had
to
leave
the
call.
It
was
a
truly
ridiculous
assertion.
Marmalade?
I
reached
out
to
Doctors
in
Italy
and
they
stood
by
her
and
her
diagnosis
of
Marmalade.
I
did
not
get
my
money
back.
The
problem
being
the
money
goes
to
the
doctor
and
she
refused.
You
go
through
their
website
to
get
the
doctor,
but
they
wouldn't
take
any
responsibility,
their
reason.
She's
a
doctor
and
we
can
prove
it.
Not
the
point.
She
is
not
a
very
good
doctor.
It
was
a
stressful
experience
and
I
ended
up
talking
to
someone
else
who
did
take
me
seriously
and
did
not
suggest
marmalade
on
toast
with
a
nice
cup
of
tea
as
a
remedy.
If
you
are
seeing
a
doctor
abroad
I
would
see
them
in
person
(not
online)
and
if
it
can
wait
until
you
get
home
then
that's
what
to
do.
You
are
wasting
your
money
otherwise
and
they
don't
care,
they'll
tangle
you
up
and
waste
more
of
your
time
not
taking
responsibility
and
why?
Because
you
are
leaving
the
country
and
there's
a
language
barrier
which
they
WILL
lean
on
to
avoid
responsibility.
I
wouldn't
touch
this
service
with
a
barge
pole.
I've
given
them
one
star
for
speedy
response
to
emails
taking
money
from
my
account
and
speedy
response
for
making
themselves
unaccountable.
If
you
are
truly
stuck
get
in
touch
with
your
insurance
company
-
but
a
massive
no
to
this
service.
