Very good experience overall, staff was very nice and welcoming to the area and also provided some good places to visit / eat while in Tivoli. I had booked the family suite (4 person) and the room was very spacious and had excellent views of the river. The breakfast was very good and also free. Would recommend for people looking to stay in the area and willing to spend a little extra for the premium.

What an absolute gem in Tovoli. Everything about this place was perfect. Quiet, very comfortable rooms, and beautiful spaces to enjoy breakfast or a drink! Giacopo hosted us, and went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. He even parked our car on the narrow cobble stone streets!

We stayed in Residenze Gregoriane for one night in late Aug this year. The room was SOOO beautiful and the staff were mega friendly and helpful. The place for what its worth is beyond magical. Highly recommended!

I will start with people working in this hotel. They are awesome. Jacopo was super helpful and made us feel like home. The building itself is a piece of art hidden on a quiet ancient street within a few steps from the heart of Tivoli. We had the best sleep there. The only regret is that we stayed there just for one night. We’ll be back for more.

Very nice service, comfortable beds. The Roman Bath was nice, but only one temperature. Wish it had a hot tub. It was beautiful. The town is so old and full of character.

Ok, where do I even start? We decided to stop in Tivoli for the night on our drive down south. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we’re so glad we stopped. The room was amazing. Two Popes and an Emperor is Austria stayed there. The only way to describe it was amazing. Getting down to brass tax, the room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Not a ‘cookie cutter’ 5 star hotel but more than comfortable. The grounds were equally impressive having a history dating to the 16th century. Don’t skip booking the private pool or a drink in the courtyard. Most importantly, Jacopo was the most incredible host. Every detail was attended to and he took such pride in the hotel and his town. He made such a bright spot on our trip!

Wonderful old villa with great service and lots of character . It's certainly not a suburban marriot type hotel, but a very authenticity preserved/restored villa from 500+ years ago. Too much character to mention (mosaics and old painted walls, romantic candles at night, outdoor patio and court yard...etc). While the private hotel pool is warm and romantic, the whirlpool is only Luke warm. The staff was exceptional. The outside is plain looking, within a row of midevil apartments and a little hard to find but the inside is cozy and fabulous. Such a lovely place!! I would totally recommend a stay here.

An amazing place to stay. We arrived tired, damp and stressed, after midnight having been delayed till by train delays, missed connections and having to navigate taxi changes in a thunderstorm in Rome. The hosts helped us get through this (using email as our phones were not functioning) and waited up to give us a very warm welcome. Our stress levels dropped as soon as we crossed the threshold. The hotel is like a living museum, with mosaics and frescos on the walls, yet the bathrooms manage to combine being fresh and modern whilst staying true to the spirit of the place. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable in the best of ways. Giovanni, the owner, and Mara (who filled too many roles to give a title to) were exceptional and made our stay a special experience.

The hotel has very special historic decoration with ancient mosaic. The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The suit was large and very nice with a jacuzzi and private pool. The water pressure and warmth wasn't good
