One can use these flats either for office purpose or residential purpose. They have provided ample parking spaces at ground floor, basement 1 and basement 2 floor as well. At ground floor and first floor there are commercial areas leased for restaurant, cafe, multiutility shops etc. Building is well equipped with sufficient lifts and staircase. The main attraction of this building is their club space which is located on 6th floor of B2 block of building. In club they have provided gymnasium, table tennis, pool table, swimming pool, fast food cafe and washrooms.

Politics, Conspiracy and mediocre staff, Even people responsible to maintain this World class facility, are behaving in unprofessional manner, and playing politics. Very sad I am here since last 3 years, but not pro quality is degrading. May God, bring some professionalism here.

Worst worst worst. Never book room for yourself in dlf my pad. Only regrets. The staff is extremely impolite arguementative simply batameez. They show swimming pool in facilities but you'll not be allowed anyway. They'll show breakfast facility but you'll keep calling and nobody would show up so you remain hungry as well. They'll book your room online but just before you and your family would show up they'll say no room available even when it shows availability online irrespective of the fact that you already have a booking with them. When asked how can you do so the staff would simply say " aap kahin aur book kr lo apne guests ke liye hum nhi de payenge room" The owner does not pick up calls neither does he stay there or ever bother about whats going on with the guests. This is nothing but a pocket money buisness run by someone who never shows up rather his absolute dumb and rude staff runs it on there own terms. I would highly recommend everyone to book anywhere else but not this place. Its not just waste of money but will also cost you your mental peace and harmony. People should actually file FIR against these people who are running a fraud buisness.

Visited DLF MyPad, and it comes across as a nice but mixed property. It seems this place was designed as a hybrid for luxury Studio apartments, shops and cafes etc. However Lucknow has zero demand for studio apartment living as there are hardly any Big Corporates or Industries here. So the studios are being re-positioned as office spaces, or all kinds of commercial setups. As an office space, they are frankly too small for any Team setup. At best for individuals, or 2-3 people who need 1 room. Maybe solo lawyers, as this place is close to the High Court. Overall it's good. But not value for money or practical. Some positives: 1. Great Location 2. Feels Premium 3. Good cafe and food options around 4. Cultural activities and events in premises. 5. Gym and Swimming pool Some negatives: 1. Totally Overpriced 2. Not designed as a proper office space. 3. Little customisation possible as space is too small. 4. Impractical for Teams.

Located at Gomti Nagar And Gomi Nagar is the hub of the entire corporate., This is Corporate Tower For Offices & Some people are still living here. The approximate area of the flat here is 300 sqft. Which is better for any office, There is a lot of peace inside the flat. I will suggest people to whom to planing for open office, Can take it without any hesitation. But best for small / Casuals office culture.

One of the employees of dlf named Amaar Alam taken money on the name of allotment from me...neither allotment done nor money returned. When I asked for money he said that my financial condition is very poor and denied..

It's a nice place and since lots of events are organized here so it's well known for the same. It's an open air space not very spacious but still a good place to hang out with friends and family during events. Otherwise it's a place for commercial purpose.

It was a really nice experience over here. I just went Carnival today.i.e., 23rd Dec2022. It was an amazing time. Many variety of food stalls, and some cloth, household stalls were also there. But the main show stopper was Singers. All singers were amazing. They stole were superb. They escalated the evening to another level....🥳🥳🥳✌🏻🤟🏻
