Was better than expected! The coffee ☕️ flavor was great. They need to put more customer service attention to details.

It is unbelievable how consistently WRONG this location gets my COFFEE! It's in their name *Starbucks Coffee* and they get it wrong almost every time. I accept that my Spanish isn't great but I speak correctly and slowly, emphasize my order and still it is wrong. From the time the order leaves the cashier and goes to the barista, the system breaks down. Horrible experience.

Not my favorite, the few times I've been there it's kinda filthy, like they need to do a deeper cleaning cause under the seats and couches it just looked like they hadn't clean in a week.

Typical Starbucks, Prices are a bit high for Mexico, menu slightly different than the states. Clean facility, coffee was good as always. Sandwich’s were also good. Location is convenient. Will return when I am in need of some caffeine. Service was average, fairly quick for us at 11am. Restrooms fairly clean.

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to old dirty furniture poor layout. Good staff service. Good coffee. Bad location i could get a taxi at night and had to walk a long way.

Staff do not clean and sanitize the tables when people leave so many of the tables at the outdoor seating area were full of empty cups and dirty napkins and trash on the floor. Covid protocols not being adhered to. If you ask for a table to be cleaned and sanitized you'll get attitude and eye rolling which is very rude! So we said forget it and cleaned our own table with our own wipes.

Excellent selection of drinks & food more choices then in Canada

It's a standard Starbucks if you're in Cancun stop use this map system find a little boutique coffee shop you will not be disappointed Mexico people can make much better coffee than you can ever find in a Starbucks Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks when I'm in the US but you should only be in the Starbucks if that's your only option at the time

This is a very nice and spacious location. Service was good for me and sat here working for an hour and never a big line.

Nice location to sip a coffee and have some snacks or breakfast. Coveniently located just on the corner of a main road , Walmart also available just next the coffee shop for any quick shopping.

This one opens at 6am for early birds like me, parking in a lot behind the building, they prepare the coffee exactly the way i want it which is appreciated :))

Crowdy place, it looks like people come there to sit and to work. My Spanish isn't great, and they could not understand me, when I asked about how big is espresso. Additionally forgot to give me my dessert, just brought me my espresso doble. So, completely nothing special

What can I say, this Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks in Cancún, they have a terrace, so you can drink your coffee inside or outside. Also have a drive-thru, for coffee to go without getting out of the car, and then you can go to Walmart with your coffee that is next to.

The experience of Starbucks at a great location. This place lets you feel close to the Caribbean. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and the surroundings match this concept. The drive thru is great and quick. Give it a try if you like Starbucks and you will love this place and if you do not know it, let it convince you found a good spot for you plan your personal or business things. It was indoor (w/AC) or outdoor options for you.
