Amazing food and wonderful atmosphere, the rice pudding cake is must try and the cocktails are amazing. We went there and had our food at their garden which looks like a little jungle land. Highly recommended place for lunch dinner or just for cocktails.

Surprisingly sedate doorway leads to three tastefully conceptualized (and differently themed) seating areas: main dining hall, backyard, upper balcony. Each for 20-25 guests. Hit with us, as it keeps the din down and has a higher privacy quotient. But, same setup can be a miss for others. Staff smartly attired, charming; menu not Mexican focused. Our order of cold coffee, fries, nachos, burger, pasta, tacos, falafel was perfect, with elegant presentation. Tangerine cheesecake, with a delicate twist, was pièce de résistance. A fitting window to Valladolid for tourists like us, hospitality-loaded and artsy.

We so enjoyed our dinner! The tuna tartar was to die for! One of the best we tried so far. The fish plate was also well prepared. For dessert we took Mandarine cheesecake and the presentation was really special, but I would say still needs to be a bit improved the inside, taste more like pudding rather than cheesecake, but the rest is very good. The service is very professional and nice! Totally recommend!

We ate dinner here at the recommendation of our free walking tour guide and we were not disappointed. It’s a modern take on traditional Yucatán dishes- chips with a selection of mashed potatoes, tomato sauce and garlic sauce, a burrito to die for and don’t miss the “corn pie”. Wow! The ambience in the back courtyard was also lovely!

Went for early dinner on the terrace. Very good and attentive service (thanks Manuel!). Great food and presentation. The pink mole was great! More expensive than other places, but quality is there.

The food (chicken burrito) was very delicious and the service attentive. The taste was great and the rooftop upstairs has a nice ambiance. I'll take away one star because the price of the burrito has doubled (!) within 3 years. That is quite an inflation.

This place was definitely a hidden gem!! Located downtown Valladolid, we were very happy to eat here after visiting Chichen Itza!! I had the Mole Rosa and it was so good, I savored every bite!! My boyfriend had a huarache and a paloma to drink, which was also very delicious. I forget the name of my drink but it was good and strong as well. They are very fluent in English and give off a high class, professional vibe. Will definitely go here again if I’m in the area!

We happened on this restaurant walking back from the plaza. There is a cute garden in back where we had shade and a nice breeze. They also brought out a fan for us, as it was still very humid. My husband got the BBQ and I got a vegetarian huarache. Both were delicious and beautifully presented! José was very attentive and explained things well, like the 3 colors of tortillas!

I’m so happy we stumbled upon this restaurant! Our experience here was wonderful. Our waiter, Manuel, provided us with exceptional service, making sure we had all we needed. I recommend sitting in the patio area if weather permits. The atmosphere was lovely and the area was full of lush plants. The food was so so incredible - literally some of the best I’ve had since my stay in Mexico and reasonably priced as well. Every bite was like heaven in my mouth! I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re passing by or visiting Valladolid!

Have to give this place 5 stars. Best restaurant we ate at during the time in Valladolid. Excellent staff, high quality food with eye for detail, perfect prices. You can’t wish for more and I suggest you better visit these people cause they are the number 1 in town.

This spot was so cute. We sat in the back patio area and it was very charming. The food was really great and the price was even better. Make sure you have cash on hand...they don't take cards.

Very nice food served in this restaurant. Menu is offering few options which will make everybody happy. Staff is nice and friendly. Few seatings available outside.

The garden area is perfect for breakfast and dinners! Since it isn’t well shaded, lunch time would be best spent at an indoor table. We enjoyed our granola and tostadas for breakfast with pollen-infused butter and jam on bread. Good coffee too! We enjoyed a nice dinner here a couple of nights ago too! We will definitely return on our next visit to Valladolid!

I’d say it’s a must try. The food is packed with delicious flavors from this region that are well-balanced and perfectly prepared. The chefs really know what they are doing. The atmosphere is beautiful and tranquil. Being here up-levels your mood. I will definitely return as soon as I can. Bravo!

We went twice - I think that says it all. Lovely setting, yummy food, friendly waiters. Cash only, this is to mention but wasn’t a problem for us. I had the best vegetarian Burrito of my life and second times Pasta was amazing too. They really don’t use too less cheese (see in the picture). As Starters you get Nachos and really good Dips for free. Also the tacos were amazing. The Restaurant has good wine and delicious fresh juices. Big recommendation for good mexican food! Would always come again.

My family and I had a delightful dining experience last night at Yamuna! The courtyard we were seated in was lovely. Wait staff perfect, attentive but not hovering. And the food was exquisite!!!! All dishes were imaginative, creative and delicious! My personal favorites were celery salad, nachos, and corn dessert. Highly recommend!!!!

A bit hidden straight in front of a gas station, but the garden in the back is a beautiful place to sit. Everyone is patient and kind, dishes (and cocktails!!) were excellent. A recommendation

The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, you can tell that the food was prepared with a lot of love and dedication. The waiter also took the time to introduce the dish and the materials used. I ordered the Chiles en nogada, and it was the best mexican dish I had in Valladolid. The restaurant obviously cares about their food. The ambience was cozy, and the waiter knew when not to bother us yet remained attentive the whole time. We had a lovely night here. Came back for breakfast the other day just to try more food (without nick). The portions were generous, and the food just as tasty. The waiter also kindly brought out a fan for me.

Gluten free folks, this is the place! The wait staff is so kind and understanding of celiac. They walked me through the whole menu showing what I could eat. I got the fish dish and it has been the best meal of my trip. They also include a complementary salsa sampler and the longaniza sausage one was to die for. Drinks were good too, I got the cold chocolate drink and a passion fruit margarita. The garden is super cute.

From the outside all you see is a long hallway. At the end of the hallway there is a lively garden. They also have a terrace. We ordered the beetroot textures as a starter. That was delicious. Such a nice change from all the tortilla based dishes we had been having lately. For mains we had the pink mole and fish. Both were nice but not as good as the starter. Dessert was very disappointing. The presentation was a 10 but that was it. It was a mandarin cheesecake shaped as an actual mandarin. The cheesecake was bland. Tasted of nothing. But the worse thing was the tons of gelatin they used so that it kept the desired shape. The spoon was bouncing back. The mandarin sorbet was nice and refreshing. Service was great

Great tacos with handmade tortillas! I had vegetarian and beef Barbados, both were delicious. House chips and salsa (complimentary) are good also. Have eaten here twice during my 4 days in Valladolid. Staff is very accommodating and asked if we had any dietary restrictions on both visits. Good price and great service! If you're from the U.S. the elote/corn is more savory and chewy, (not sweet and juicy) very delicious just different.

Very cute garden dining area with murals, lush flora and lights. They were busy that night and gave us some nice nibbles while we waited. Excellent food and decent size portions. I am coeliac and they understood my gluten free needs with plentiful options. The house nachos were sizeable and delicious. I would certainly come back again. Thank you

Incredible tacos, a variety of sauces with chips automatically included...and a REAL espresso, not made from a powder. Ha! It also has a nice upscale feel and a neat open backyard dining area. I HATE not to give this place 5 stars but I had to bring it down one star because I was amazed that a place with such great food and a nice environment would not have a toilet seat on the toilet and no toilet paper! It's so easy to fix this problem and it makes me question what other decisions like this are they making in the kitchen. However, I would go back.

We were able to walk in with no reservation. It is cash only. Tacos de cochinita were delicious on Tri colored tortillas, colored with various natural foods. The huarache was also delicious and had the perfect amount of toppings. The agua de Chaya, perfect.
