We live in Potchefstroom and my parents recently came to visit. Because Goedgedacht Guest House is just around the corner it made sense to book them in there so they could still have their privacy. We were so impressed with the whole process! From the initial contact via WhatsApp all the way to the check-in and check out was easy, friendly, efficient and hassle-free. The house is stunning, the gardens manicured and the room was immaculate. My parents could not stop talking about how amazing the room was. We wil certainly recommend Goedgedacht Guest House again and make use of them for other visitors.

Place is clean, sheets are replaced after few days food is excellent I wish they had more rooms.

Best in Potchefstroom or probably the Best in South Africa, before coming to this Guest house I stayed in Hotels in Kimberley, Bloemfontein & Benoni, all were very bad, bad Breakfast. Rooms in Goedgedacht Guest rooms are very Classy, Clean and they provide Awesome Breakfast. Very friendly n joyful owners, Sarita is too helpful & caring loved the stay here.. Best location and Beautiful Home..

Spacious , beautiful, clean accommodation with breakfast fit for kings. Thomas went out of his way to satisfy all our needs including that of our fussy 5-year old daughter. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

A hospitable , neat and peaceful place. Very customer friendly managers. Would surely make it my second home . The managers ensured that even during power cuts , we didn't feel it as there is a strong back up. Big ups for that !We really enjoyed our weekend with our daughter . Would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet and peaceful accommodation.

The guesthouse is the definition of hospitability in Potchefstroom. I have no complaints and will always recommend, without any hesitation. I am most definitely a resident when in town.
