Clean and well designed however, rock hard bed and pillows. I usually have a sore neck, sore shoulers and hips when I leave. Sleeping is uncomfortable and painful. They should consider medium firm or soft beds for a select number of their rooms.

The staff are friendly & courteous. Please have extra towels in your storeroom. We had to wait for fresh towels .
