Need to update opening times!! Twice I’ve been caught out now hobbling around there after my hip replacement only to find out it’s closed!!! No Painkillers till Tomorrow now that’s if it’s open 🙄. Late night chemist my arse

Amazing staff I was on holiday and not sure which covid test to buy,I rang the store and they were so helpful.I ordered the correct product,then on my return to England I picked it up.I was so unsure of what to do they talked me through the instructions and even went the extra mile and downloaded the app for me and helpped me fill in the on line forms .

Nice young lad served me very quickly needed eye drops for my son. Gave me advice & how to use the product. Also seen they have a £1 shelve which is handy most of them are branded names too i bought a few things 😉

Needed a further vaccination based on pharmacists advice and after I had managed to get immunisation history from my GP. Once again the pharmacist was very efficient in booking me in promptly before work. Moreso with reasonable pricing and an excellent service, you really can't go wrong.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff and open from 7 till 10 which is great. Also delivers on time. I always use this chemist even though mines just a 5 min walk away

Open untill 10pm but only dispense medication up to 9pm and open untill 7pm Sunday's but dispense up to 6pm

Went to Buncer Lane pharmacy for 24hr BP Monitor after GP request. Barbara Castle Way no longer has a pharmacy. Great service, staff polite, informative. Gave good instructions and feedback on data recorded. I have used this pharmacy for home delivery of regular medications for many years and always find staff excellent . Delivery drivers also friendly . Didnt realise they offer so much more. Thank you

Very poor customer service over the phone. Aggressive Manor I was made to feel like a liar . Got charged twice for same medication as I spoke too a man or women behind counter that I only wanted inhaler not my tablets. Which they ended up giving me tablets instead of my inhailer. As I only realised two months later that they had ended up giving me the wrong prescription. I Wanted to exchange the tablets for my Inhailer But they refused and charge me again for my Inhailer prescription. My advice is that if your on benifits or get free prescriptions then it does not matter that they make mistakes. But as a paying customer I would avoid going to this pharmacist.

Excellent service. I have many medications from insulin to metformin and it is always delivered promptly and with a cheery greeting. I have walking problems so the delivery service is brilliant for me..
