The employees need training. Especially Luis, his attitude is as if he owns the place. Horrible customers service. They take forever in everything, to serve you, bring your food, to bring your change...

I felt disappointed it seems the service is not well organized. At least three waitress came over, they were nice but distracted. And then the $8.00 tuna canned taco was the worst. The cheese muffin shape bread was fine.

Have only been once but I enjoyed the experience. Service, food and athmospehere were excellent and the staff was friendly and professional. We had empanada and also had the slicers which were deliciuos. We also order a very well made Cesar salad although it was not as expected in terms of ingredients. Still everything was good. I would reccomend the place as it is also in an area of the shopping mall which is currently quiter compared due to several shops yet to be opened. Would definately go back for more.

Deserts are not bad. Coffee too weak and strangely even latte has some sugar/sweetness to it. Pizza is something round with a bit of warm cheese on it with absolutely no salt/pepper/spices in its dough. Definitely better than going to food court if you’re staying at the Wyndham Albrook hotel.

As nice as a cafe can be in the hallway off a mall. No outrageous prices and at least one waiter with good English.

My favorite place in Albrook. Best chicken soup in Panama. Great desserts and awesome coffee.

Will not return. The coffee was ok but the staff were completely useless. My Panini never showed and when I inquired about it, the waiter just kept on with his casual chat with another customer. In the end I walked up to the counter to see the cook just start my Panini (15 minutes after I ordered it). There were maybe 5 other customers in total. We'd already finished our coffee, so we paid for those and left.

The coffee is very good, though the prices are extremely high (I paid over $7 USD for a plain iced coffee). They don't post prices on the board which left me skeptical as a tourist, whether they were charging me a premium.

From the moment I walked in, I received a bad look from the woman at the cashier. They both stared at me...either my gym clothing or my afro wasn't of their joy. This followed a more awkward moment when they asked if I needed something, with that tone of "you sure u at the right place". And finally, they spent 14 counted minutes to prepared a capuccino, even though I was the only customer waiting, along another senior person who seem to be just paying for a previous order. Is their coffee good? YES! Would I recommend the place? Absolutely, NO.

Inside the abrook mall is there perfect play for take a rest, after you have walked to many hours. This cafe, has a lot of possibilities of food and drinks such as hot and cool drinks. Is affordable.

Good selection of food. I like their Sancocho. And there is undercover parking and good shopping in the Mall
