I didn't get the chance to stay here but my experience was very bad. Rude employees who look like they are raising a family in the hostel? This is unlike any other hostel I've stayed in seems more like someone's personal house. I booked a private room over a month in advance. I arrived at 8pm after getting scammed by a taxi driver from the airport and then they tell me that they gave my room away the day before and they don't have a private room for me anymore. They did not seem to care at all intact were quite rude to me. They didn't help me find a new place to stay in fact they seemed very rude about it as if it was my fault and were arguing amongst each other while I was left standing there by myself. Would not ever return.

I like this hostel for the first or last night in Panama as it is close to the airport. Uber is cheap. Also the metro train station is a 5 minute walk plus there is a nice mall 5 minutes walk. $15/night includes breakfast, great wifi and air conditioning. You may find it too far from the center to stay many days here.

I had to cancel my booking because of problems with my flights, and they were very comprensive.

Even though we only stayed one night it was comfortable. Only it no longer includes breakfast as it says.
