Valerio was a major part in the success of our trip. We became so accustomed to his good advice and knowledge of Panama that we asked him for anything we needed. His service was impeccable. This makes visiting a foreign country fun and not intimidating.

We used VIP in Panama to help with Immigration and transportation to our hotel. Big mistake. We arrived in Panama at 6 AM. Immigration went well. I had the address and hotel name on Itinerary I also emailed my info. Our driver dropped us at the wrong hotel. He took off before we checked in. At 7 am after 12 hours of travel, we had to deal with getting all our luggage to a different hotel 4 blocks away. Casco Viejo is not a neighborhood you want to be walking around in at 7 AM. Very disappointed, I spent a lot of money to be dropped off at the wrong hotel.

Reached out to Val to setup an ocean to ocean tour of the Panama Canal. Was picked up at my hotel by Ricky who was an all together excellent host. I enjoyed an all day tour and got to see ships transiting at both ends and had an absolutely perfect time for a very reasonable rate. Booked a second tour of the original Panama City settlement and a trip back to the airport for my last day. Again, exactly what I was looking for. Whether you are looking for a large tour or a small one you will be treated like the VIP in their name.

Val was the most helpful in accommodating us with any requests we had. The pool party at the mansion that he helped us book was by far the best night we had in Panama. Rick was an outstanding driver who provided the Escalade as described in immaculate condition. Drive to Panama City was evenly and safely paced and Rick has huge knowledge of the country and is a very good ambassador for VIP in Panama. We were collected right on schedule and also benefitted from an optional and alternative route through the rain forest which was a great way to approach the city. I would not hesitate in using the company again.

I threw my brother his bachelor party last week and it might have been the best bachelor party that I've ever been to - this is all thanks to Val.
