Very good views of the city all round, but I particularly like the long view down towards the old town. Information boards at the top provide pictures with explanations in three languages (including English) to help you identify particular buildings. The entrance is not at the front. Go round to the back, into the road tunnel, and a door there leads past municipal offices to a dedicated glass sided lift at the end which takes you directly to the 22nd floor. Free to visit.

You need to enter through the backside of the building, and everything is free. At the top you can see the city of Montevideo, and there is a coffee shop. The view is pretty good, and there is an information center for tourists, in which the people were very friendly, always trying to help.

The place offers a 360 view of Montevideo and hosts a small cafeteria, with snacks and cakes. The panorama is accompanied by descriptive boards about the most relevant buildings of Montevideo. The entrance is free - just take the elevator to the last floor and then the stairs to the top.

What a great hidden gem! The building looks like an old government talking building and there is a street market set up on the first floor. Go to the elevators in the back, though, and then take the stairs to the 11th floor. There you'll ha ve an observation deck that let's you see the whole city. Great views all around for free.

Beautiful view of Montevideo city. No reservation is required, you can just show up. Might have to wait if there's a Queue. An outdoor elevator will take you up to the 22nd floor as you slowly go up. Once you reach upstairs, there's a small cafeteria and souvenir shop if you want to get something. On the observation deck outside there are benches if you want to chill and take in the views. They also have installed huge binoculars which you can use to spot the various landmarks around the city.

Great views across Montevideo. Unfortunately it wasn’t 360 degrees as half of it was closed. Super basic coffee shop available, shame it’s a waste of space. A cocktail bar would be more suitable and more profitable.

You can contemplate one of the best top view in Montevideo, and the best part is that it's free of charge! Also there's many explanation boards that gives you a hint of what you're looking at. When I visited on Monday midday there was no queue at all. The dedicated elevators are located on San Jose Street side of the building. Must-to-go place when you're visiting Montevideo.

Nice place to get a bird's eye view of the city. The free elevator is slow and hot and stuffy but it gets you to a nice 360 place to take your photos.
