If you are a coffee lover, this is an obligatory stop in Toledo. Andrea, the owner, is an insatiable coffee barista and expert in coffee preparation. He will do his best to provide you with the best coffee experience.

GREAT coffee! Ended up having two cups and I was not the only one. Other customers ordered a second cup and bought beans to take home. The owner, Andrea, is very knowledgeable and continues to experiment with new coffee drinks. You can taste the difference. The vanilla latte had layers of taste and texture. Very refreshing, foamy, creamy and slightly sweet. Very very good!

Great Cafe in Toledo, located very close and convenient to the Plaza de Zocodover (Zocodover Square). Small and with limited seating, they take pride in their drinks and technique.

I have just had the most amazing coffee ever.. I love my coffee, and omg, it was just divine. It's been a long time since I had a decent coffee, and that was a masterpiece. The lemon muffin was really nice too, actually tastes of lemon rather than a hint. So guess where I'm gona be heading for breakfast and maybe a couple more times.. I'm trying to talk myself out of going back again now 🤣 I'm not sure if the muffin I had was vegan, but there are vegan options. The coffee I had was with oat milk, but there are many other milk options. I actually can't recommend this place enough 😍

Great place to have both espresso and filter coffee! The owner Andrea is extremely friendly and professional. He kindly offered us two variaties of speciality coffee beans, the brew was delicious. And there are of course options for espresso: I tried Ethiopian beans, it was fascinating! The place is very highly recommended!

After travelling around Italy, Portugal and Spain, I came across the best coffee I had found in 4 weeks. Andrea the owner and barista of Il Cappuccino in Toledo Spain really knew his stuff when it comes to coffee. He was super friendly, very passionate about coffee and he sees it as a craft and it shows. I went there twice over two days for a double espresso and both times the coffee was on point. The coffees he made for friends I was travelling with were also excellent. People in Spain and Italy are slowing coming around to what good coffee should be like. Andrea is someone who gets it and so I wish him and his business all the best.

Amazing coffee!! the best I’ve had in Spain honestly! I got an XL cappuccino with tiramisu flavor and I can recommend it to anyone. Service was 10/10, so sweet helping us to decide and gave us a great marzipan recommendation.

They had a delicious café con Leche here. Perfect for a pick up after walking the hilly and winding streets of Toledo. The barista very friendly and extremely skilled at what he does!

If you are coming from a place in the world that has great coffee shops, this is the one to go to while in Madrid (it's in Toledo) I'm a coffee enthusiast and lover, I go more to coffee places than museums Lol! But in all seriousness, this is truly a rare gem not only because it sits on the heart of a medival fortress in Toledo Spain, but because the Barista is a true one. Passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and all of it's brewing methods and process. Small cozy place owned by an Italian Barista that his main goal at his work, is to give you his very best espresso or what ever coffee beverage you fancy. He carefully picks his coffees from around the world and only uses what he considers the best(you can taste it!) And of course, his companion is a La Marzocco espresso machine. This is a 10 out of 10! Love it!!1

A very friendly cafe owner. It was one of the highlights in my Toledo trip. I would suggest to go for the stronger version of all types of coffee and hot chocolate. You might be dissapointed that the strength you might get in a coffee elsewhere will not be the same here, but lighter. But if you have an option of stronger version, always go for that. The quality of coffee beans are also very good and well roasted.

This establishment is a takeaway coffee shop that specializes in high-quality specialty coffee. They also offer a limited range of snacks and a variety of espresso mocha pots. The barista is exceptionally friendly and displays genuine enthusiasm for the products. During our visit, we ordered three lattes: one hazelnut, one vanilla, and one plain. Each coffee was impeccably prepared and offered at a reasonable price point. The total cost came to approximately 13 EUR. For anyone fortunate enough to explore Toledo, this cafe is a must-visit. It appears to be the sole specialty coffee shop in the historic old town, making it a unique and worthwhile experience.

When you are Italian living in Spain just open espresso shop and spread the love for coffee. Sourcing freshly roasted beens from local roasters with great attention to details result in fantastic espresso drinks.

Amazing espresso drinks made by the owner who clearly cares deeply about making quality, incredible drinks. Went twice in one day - if you need caffeine in Toledo, this is the place to go.

I concur. Excellent coffee and great barista. Ordered a double espresso, was asked what beans I wanted, strong chocolate or more fruity. Lovely coffee to get me back into sightseeing!

Probably the best coffee option in all of Toledo. The place offers various brewing methods and is equipped with all corresponding machinery (at least 3 grinders for different roasts and as highlight a beautiful La Marzocco Strada). The Barista (and owner) is open for a chat and provides you with information of the beans one drinks (which can also be bought). Every shot is weightnened and carefully pulled. Latte art is decent. Along one can have different pastries which tasted also very good. Personally, I think the place could even be oriented more towards the focus topic of the store: good brewed coffee (which would mean less signs, commercials etc.). But I understand that a minimalistic specialty coffee shop might a) not be everybody's go to option and b) is probably not the best option in a very touristy scenery as which Toledo definitely qualifies. It's a bit pricey (4€ for a flat white compared to ~3.50€ in Madrid). Highly recommended to check out the place, have a cup or two, talk to the owner and get yourself some locally roasted beans.

Had a really nice cup of espresso from Ethiopia. The person that made it, who I assume was the owner, really took care in making sure everything was done to perfection. Well worth the stop next time you’re in Toledo!

While we had only been in Toledo for a few minutes and just off the bus, we stumbled into this unassuming coffee shop as we were exhausted and in desperate need of the first coffee of the day. We ended getting to know the owner of the shop and talk about coffee while enjoying some of the tastiest coffees we’ve had there! If you’re in the area, do stop by and order yourself a coffee!

Excellent service with the coffee to match. I had a perfectly brewed and blended Pistachio cappuccino. Not too sweet and hot! My husband had an equally delicious Flat White. We left so satisfied with our cups. Glad we found this shop!!

I had a flat white and it was definitely one of the best coffees I've ever had. Besides, the owner is a kind man. He recommended us a good breakfast place.

Great little corner coffee bar - the owner / barista is friendly and makes a pretty darn good coffee. Definitely worth a visit for a coffee when in town. Not really any seating or toilets, just a few stools at the bar.

Best coffee throughout my entire trip. Coffee in chocolate waffle cup is so cute! The hot chocolate and amaretto coffee are fantastic too. Barista is very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Im so glad I bought by coffee from this place. It was so good. I tried to cappuccino infused with dark chocolate. It wasn’t sweet at all just a hint of chocolate taste in the background. Honestly one of the best coffees I’ve had in Spain and I’ve been to many other cities here. Would definitely go back next time I visit Toledo!

The lattes we got were milk drinks rather than coffees. I made the mistake of adding caramel syrup which made my latte even sweeter and less like a coffee. We left disappointed. I

Great choice of authentic Italian and Spanish coffee here, from iced cappuccino (even available in lactose-free versions) to steaming Americano. Friendly service from an owner who told us he had 360 different coffee recipes -- one for nearly every day of the year! Would definitely go back if in the area.

Been traveling in Spain for 4 weeks and this is the best espresso we have had. Full body and balanced acidity. Fantastic.
