THIS PLACE HAS TO BE CLOSED DOWN! Dirty hallways, stains all over the place, garbage just laying around, smoke smell! We reserved a room over the phone, when we came for check in, woman at the reception told us that this is not possible. Eventually she found our reservation and gave us a room. When we came to the room, we found out that SOMEBODY WAS ALREADY LEAVING THERE! Woman at the reception told us that this is our fault, because we booked over the phone! Overall I would say to anyone avoid staying at this “hotel”.

Room was filthy, toilet was constantly running, noise was awful, bed was uncomfortable, and there was mold around multiple parts of trim, windows, and doors. We stepped off the road to rest and be safe drivers, but got zero sleep. They charged us $85 for this death trap. Don't go here....ever!

Its terrible. Paid $47. No clock, coffee, or EVEN a phone. (That has to be a safety concern?) the mirror around our in room Jacuzzi was covered in hand prints and gross. They have hardly any towels offered in the bathroom and only one garbage in the whole room. Not even one in the bathroom. The hallways reak of marijuana. Very ghetto. No coffee even in the lobby! Had some in breakfast area door was open I went in t grab a coffee and got yelled at by a very aggressive and rude front desk worker. Terrible experience. I hope they get shut down.

The hotel is really rundown. It is best for people who come to the area for work and need a place to stay but definitely NOT for a family stay. The best thing out of this place is the people at the front desk, really nice.

Very affordable and the location is perfect because your at the heart of Toledo. The staff is really amazing they will help you out with what ever you need. It's a clean calm and a great place to unwind after traveling. I like to feel safe at night and this place makes me feel very comfortable and safe

Was very disappointed with this motel. The security door was broke and ajar. The pool was closed and did not look like it has been kept up. The carpets were dirty. The open windows of rooms were messy. My room, the jacuzzi was in the sleep area. It had been damaged and repaired and you can see the repairs. The room door did not look safe. The walls in the bathroom were repaired and not painted over. I could not believe that this was owned by Wyndham. I do not recommend this place unless there is nothing available in the surrounding area!

Not the best place to stay but there weren't any bugs, so that's a plus. I'm grateful to have gotten the room because there weren't any available anywhere else, but they need to put some money into improvements. The room had a smell to it, the paint is chipped, the glass was dirty, just generally needs refurbished, but the bedclothes smelled clean and the water was hot, so it did the job. It's not in a great neighborhood and the hallways were sketchy. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, wasn't too happy about that. Only paid $72, it was worth that, but not much more. If there's another option, take it instead.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, but lopsided, almost like a fold out. The hot tub turned on, but the jets didn't work. When I called the front desk, they stated that they were aware of the issue, but that's why I got such a good price on the room. Not a huge issue, but I should've been asked if that was okay or at least warned upon check in.

Ok-it’s not awful. But it could use a good wall wash, baseboards cleaned, and a general deep clean. You can tell they are putting money back into the rooms but it needs cleaned. The cigarette smell is strong. Wash those walls. Customer service was great. Quiet.

The owners are beautiful people are really giving this building everything it needs to slowly come back to life.
