If
you’re
in
CDMX,
this
should
be
your
must
visit
place.
This
a
private
museum
founded
by
billionaire
Carlos
Slim
and
it’s
totally
free
to
visit
which
is
amazing.
It
has
over
66000
works
from
30
centuries.
This
is
one
of
its
kind
with
vast
collections
of
Rodin’s
work.
In
addition
to
Rodin,
some
notable
European
artists
whose
work
is
displayed
include
Salvador
Dalí,
Pablo
Picasso,
the
circle
of
Leonardo
da
Vinci,
Pierre-Auguste
Renoir,
Joan
Miró,
Vincent
van
Gogh,
Henri
Matisse,
Claude
Monet,
Bartolomé
Esteban
Murillo,
El
Greco,
Camille
Claudel,
and
Tintoretto.
It’s
a
6
floor
building
architected
by
Carlos
Slim’s
son-in-law
and
costed
whopping
$70
million
to
build.
Each
floor
is
well
designed
and
has
a
different
collection
all
together.
We
liked
the
floor
with
the
ivory
collection
the
most.
You
can
easily
spend
a
whole
day
if
you’re
into
art
and
want
to
read
through
everything,
or
just
scroll
through
in
couple
of
hours.
Don’t
get
scared
of
the
steps,
there
are
elevators
and
ramps
to
help
the
elderly.
There
is
food
court
and
souvenir
shop
too.
Be
sure
to
reach
early
to
make
most
of
it.
Else,
there
will
be
a
huge
line
to
get
in.
