Honestly, I used to prefer Michaels to Hobby Lobby. But now I think Hobby Lobby has a better selection and variety. Went to both the same day.

Staff is always friendly and ample here. The store is stocked pretty well and for the most part I'm always able to find what I need. Worth the trip.

This Michael's store in Clark I very well organized and always kept neat and free from clutter on the floors!!... The crew working there really knew their stuff!! Keep up the great work!!

I love it. They have beautiful items and abundant DIY and crafts materials. Update* I noticed prices are extremely high. It’s disappointing just for that as I am a student and need stuff for architecture. Hobby lobby had some more reasonable pricing.

I visited during the holiday shopping season. I found everything I needed, even some extra goodies, all for great prices. I needed large poster frames, card stock paper, ribbon and some decorative items, including faux petals. There was a nice variety of selection for each category. What I bought brought my vision to life beautifully for a very important and special occasion. It filled me with so much joy, at a sad time. While shopping at Michael's, I also saw so many other things that inspired me and make me want to hurry back to buy more. At checkout, the line moved steadily, and the new self-checkout was a bigger blessing! This is definitely a go-to store for arts and crafts and happy home-making, etc.

Good selection of craft stuffs. Paint, yarn, party supplies and baking supplies. Still doing curbside or grab and go pickup which is VERY convenient! Not as many good coupons as before... Self checkouts do make lines shorter though- love that!

My favorite Michaels to go to. Fantastic holiday sales and well organized store. Better stock that other Michaels stores in my area.

I LOVE shopping at Michaels!! Usually I go to the Michael's in Watchung Square (previously located at Blue Star Shopping Center). I loved shopping at the new store, but Michael's of CLARK has ALOT more VARIETY than ours does. This Michael's is AWESOME!

As a fine artist I can always pick up random items I need quickly. They have a huge amount of craft items as well. Holiday items are more pricey than other stores, but a nicer quality and better design. It is usually nice and tidy and the lines aren't terribly long and that is why I go to this store.

Used to always find what I want around the store and be happy but lately I go in and the place feels empty which makes me surprised because Michael’s used to be my favorite crafting store to go to! Also it is very crowded but that I can not blame the store, but I was able to find some of the stuff I went in for today anyway!

Went here to get some yarn for my niece, was re-directed here by a Target cashier. Was a nice store but I'd be lying if I didn't feel like it was a glamorous dollar store.

Went to purchase more tshirts, siser brand htv, stretch jewelry cord... I needed assistance & a sales associate was kind enough to help me find the tshirts I needed then informed me I can come back when they get their delivery on Thursday to get the size they didn't have while letting me know the possibility of it not coming in. The cashier was also extremely kind & pleasant by reminding me I can use my voucher along with my coupons which saved me about $46.💚💚💚💚💚

I absolutely LOVE this store. It's not only organized well the staff is helpful & courteous!

Great selection for crafting and decorating. However the photo albums are pricy and albums come with only 12 pages. Purchasing additional pages is necessary and they are equally costly. Buying some photo albums was my primary reason for coming to Michael's. I was disappointed and will most likely shop for them elsewhere.

REVIEW OF STORE POLICY ONLY Placed an order online. Used my vouchers. Went to store to pick up and they said they were out of an item so it was canceled from my order. I picked out a similar item expecting to pay the difference as the item I picked was a couple dollars more expensive. I was told by the store manager that once I used a voucher there would be NO refund (even if it is their fault). I explained that I purchased the item online to pick up in the store and the website said it was IN stock. I was given the reason that "vouchers are like free money so you can't get them back." I again tried to explain that I was going to spend the voucher on the new item and that none would be left over. No dice. I had to pay the cost of the replacement item and did not get my voucher back :( Now I know this is a COMPANY policy and they were doing their jobs. Actually I find everyone there quite pleasant usually. However, I think this policy is silly and their website should be updated more efficiently to ensure this doesn't happen. Also, I called customer service and was able to get my voucher back in like 3 seconds. Why all the hoops, Michaels?
