Placed
an
order
online.
Used
my
vouchers.
Went
to
store
to
pick
up
and
they
said
they
were
out
of
an
item
so
it
was
canceled
from
my
order.
I
picked
out
a
similar
item
expecting
to
pay
the
difference
as
the
item
I
picked
was
a
couple
dollars
more
expensive.
I
was
told
by
the
store
manager
that
once
I
used
a
voucher
there
would
be
NO
refund
(even
if
it
is
their
fault).
I
explained
that
I
purchased
the
item
online
to
pick
up
in
the
store
and
the
website
said
it
was
IN
stock.
I
was
given
the
reason
that
"vouchers
are
like
free
money
so
you
can't
get
them
back."
I
again
tried
to
explain
that
I
was
going
to
spend
the
voucher
on
the
new
item
and
that
none
would
be
left
over.
No
dice.
I
had
to
pay
the
cost
of
the
replacement
item
and
did
not
get
my
voucher
back
:(
Now
I
know
this
is
a
COMPANY
policy
and
they
were
doing
their
jobs.
Actually
I
find
everyone
there
quite
pleasant
usually.
However,
I
think
this
policy
is
silly
and
their
website
should
be
updated
more
efficiently
to
ensure
this
doesn't
happen.
Also,
I
called
customer
service
and
was
able
to
get
my
voucher
back
in
like
3
seconds.
Why
all
the
hoops,
Michaels?
