We had one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever taken on Fire Island at the Seashore Condo Hotel. How lovely to be an easy walk from the ferry, a very short walk from the beach, with a wonderful patio to enjoy throughout the stay. Loved having coffee here in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Having a fridge and a few kitchen supplies made it easy to bring some of our own food, especially since we didn't have to lug beach supplies over on the ferry since towels, umbrellas, and chairs are available from the property. Everything felt clean and cared for and was one of the nicest stays we've had in a long time. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great getaway here with my family. Jeff & his partner were amazing and really helpful. They have thought of everything & its family friendly. They provided chairs, umbrella & beach towels. Ocean Bay Park is a nice neighborhood away from craziness from Ocean Beach. Hope to visit again next summer .

Fun place, nice relaxing atmosphere. Our hosts were excellent! Jeff and Brett were so gracious and fun. Nice area for our family to meet outside and visit. Close to the beach.

We chose Seashore Condo Hotel for our two nights on Fire Island and were very pleased. Jeff and Brett are the best hotel managers you will ever find and the other owners we met were friendly. They helped us feel comfortable and at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The Seashore Condo Hotel is everything you need in Fire island! Brett and Jeff are super helpful and friendly. They did everything to accommodate my husband and I. The property is extremely clean, they have beach chair and umbrellas to borrow and their outdoor shower is amazing! Our room was super cozy and clean. We’ll for sure be back soon!

We had a wonderful time! The rooms were super clean and comfortable! The deck is so cute and the outdoor shower is lovely! Would definitely come again!

The rooms are small but clean & equipped with everything you need. The hosts are friendly & see to every detail. Coffee is brewing before 6 am. The location is ideal- gorgeous sunset views & a quick walk to the beach. Beach towels, chairs & umbrellas are all available free of charge. The outdoor shower is the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

This was our first stay at fire island and we definitely stayed at the right place! We stayed at 12B which had the balcony. We got complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas and also a snack bar. The outdoor shower was also amazing! Bret and Jeff were the absolute best and i cannot wait to come back next year and stay here when we visit again but even longer! Thank you for the great getaway!!

Clean and extremely comfortable. Our room was small but had everything we needed and wanted - we were very comfortable relaxing there. There's tons of comfortable and well-appointed outdoor space that guests are welcome to use. Jeff and Brent are perfect hosts, incredibly helpful and with tons of great information about Fire Island. They post their cell phone numbers so you can text them any questions you may have if they're not at the desk. If you've never been to Fire Island before (we hadn't) OBP is pretty sparse in the off-season and the nearest open restaurant is about a mile away, but there is a great market at the corner that does excellent breakfast sandwiches and morning coffee. The Seashore is a very short walk from the ferry. If we come back to Fire Island I would be happy to stay here again!
