Mea was a delight to be served by as she was very attentive, sweet and helpful. She gave us a lot of great recommendations since we were very undecided since everything sounded so good. The food was excellent and I wish we had more room to eat it all! We certainly got our moneys worth with the portion sizes! Definitely give this place a visit!

Looking forward to the next time.. Jenna the bartender was a pleasure. She made me a delicious drink and suggested I try the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. The owner Grant was a pleasure to speak with.. We will back for All Day Tuesday Happy Hour!!

Stop at Freddy J's for great home cooked BBQ that is the best in this county & I mean it. We had a great time in this friendly pub with an excellent server, Alex, who guided us through the menu. Giving it a 1st try on 1/2 rack combo: Whoa! what a delight! Best choice for new customers. The ribs were perfectly tender with a great rub, served with a delicious BBQ sauce, a rich, moist cornbread & honey butter, best baked beans ever, coleslaw, also ordered mashed potatoes. It was too much food. Took home 1/2 of it. We'll be returning customers & bringing friends. This pub is very clean including bathrooms. Closed Mon & Tues.

We’ve stopped a few times over the past two years and have never had a bad experience. Debbie (behind the bar) was friendly and helpful…the food was delicious as usual. This time we had the Brussels sprouts, chicken tenders (hot, honey garlic) and a chicken corn tortilla soup….all delish, scarfed up the soup to fast to take a pick….definitely returning!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch after hearing so many great things about this place and boy they weren’t wrong! After being torn on what to order, we both got the Nashville chicken sandwich and collards and we both shared the buffalo cheese curds. Everything was well seasoned and delicious! Liz was our bartender and she was so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Stellar gussied up bar food. Our server Mea was excellent and attentive. Best wings in South Jersey, a good beer list, and fun cocktails (although almost exclusively on the sweet side. Please add some drier cocktails!). Oh! Make a point to stop here for their new cornbread alone. It's show stopping. Seriously, it's equal parts cornbread and bread pudding. Thick, gooey, and indulgent. Unlike any other cornbread I've ever had.

Excellent food and service! Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese live up to the hype. Nashville chicken, lobster roll, and grilled cheese were all incredible too. Great service from Mea - highly recommend!

My family and I were very pleased with the food and service at this restaurant. Myself and my mother had burgers which were out of this world. We both agreed that these burgers were better than places such as Red Robin and Outback Steakhouse. My Grandmother got a chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. Our waitress Mea was very kind, efficient, accommodating, and patient. It was $70 for the three of us, but it was money well spent (we also got extras and extra sides) ! Overall, I would suggest Freddy Js as a delicious and satisfactory place to eat.

We love the bar friendly atmosphere and especially our waitresses Mea who went above and beyond which always makes our experience great. Not to mention the delicious starters short ribs Mac & cheese , and shrimp!!! The cookie lava cake with vanilla ice cream was absolutely delicious 🍨 🍰 complements to the chef 👨‍🍳

Great atmosphere, excellent service by Malynda and the food was fantastic. The crab cake egg rolls were incredible. The bourbon bbq sauce brisket cheese steak was beyond any ability to describe how good!! the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was very flavorful. And the house make chips we’re fantastic!!

Ordered the crab Rangoon, crispy chicken sandwich, and smoked brisket cheese stick. Our first disappointment was going there and trying to order food based off of pictures and reviews we saw online and being told they no longer serve the menu items we went there for. The second disappointment was the food. We immediately sent back the brisket sandwich because it lacked taste and the waitress boasted it was the best thing on the menu. 2 stars because the staff was nice. Definitely not going to this establishment again.
