I dropped off two rings, one that needed a diamond replacement and the other sized down. The staff were all very pleasant and took care of my issues and two weeks later picked up my rings as promised. Both of them looking beautiful. This is the greatest Jeweler. Marty is so careful and treats all the clients as if they are family. I traveled 800 miles from Georgia to have Marty repair a family heirloom. He also helped me select a setting a chain for a stone I had for years. Everything is beautiful and just perfect. This is the only jeweler I trust and they don't over charge. I've been to two other jewelers for watch repair and battery replacement and did not have a good experience. Marty and the folks at Lester Martin were great and even shipped one of my watches to me. Highly recommend. They also have some beautiful jewelry that's worth checking out.

This place is top-notch! I took my watch for a battery replacement and they discovered a part in the back was a little off. They said they could send it out to be looked at. Well it took a little longer than expected. So they didn't charge for the repair, or even the Battery ! They fixed my watch AND gave me a free battery just because it took a few days longer than expected. I couldn't believe anyone would be so above and beyond in customer service! I will definitely go here for any future gifts or watch services. I saw beautiful jewelry and other types of gifts around the store. They take care of their customers far beyond your expectations.

My family has been customers of Lester Martin for decades and we have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products, workmanship and service. Yesterday I picked up a bracelet purchased 26 years ago, which needed a minor repair, and I was thrilled with everything. It looks brand new and sparkles like new. This jeweler is amazing. They have been so helpful with me picking out jewelry for my wedding. They even repaired an old gold bracelet that I was sure was not fixable. Jackie has helped me pick out earrings and my wedding band and she was so great! I am obsessed with everything I have bought here.

Amazing place! The staff go above and beyond to help you. I had an idea for a custom miraculous medal with birthstones of children and grandchildren for my mom. They brought my idea to life and it’s absolutely stunning! They made something I wasn’t even sure was possible. They got out books of medals, helped me look up different views online to ensure the back was correct and answered all my questions. They even set it on the chain for my mom with her original medal. They will be my jewelers for life! I can’t say enough about their customer service and the general warmth you receive from all the staff. The medal is stunning and my mom and I couldn’t be happier.

I worked with Robyn to design a custom diamond pendant necklace using a family heirloom diamond from an old ring. She was knowledgable, patient, respectful of my budget, and had a great eye for detail. She helped me when I wasn’t sure where to start. Marty was also very helpful through the design process and they made my necklace better than I could have imagined! They are very kind and friendly, always offering to clean my other items too.

Marty made an emotionally difficult task immensely easy. He expertly guided me through the options related to the disposition of my aunt’s estate jewelry, and I could not have been more pleased with his patient guidance and help. Every time I walked through the door, Marty and his team greeted me with warmth and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If I could rate them with 10 stars, I would.

My daughter, age 5, got her ears pierced for the first time. They were friendly and very gentle with her. The price was extremely reasonable and they gave her a certificate and stuffed animal. Wonderful experience and beautiful shop. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Lester Martin jewelers for a few years now. Everyone is very nice and they are very accommodating. I feel that I can trust them and they are doing their best to have you completely satisfied. I would recommend. This in addition to my first review, I have had a ring designed and made at Lester Martin jewelers now and I cannot say how happy I am with their services. They shopped stones for me, we went over numerous designs until we finally felt that we had the right setting for the stone. All along everyone was kind and encouraging, I can’t say enough nice things about them.
