BEWARE. They wanted to pull all my teeth out to sell me arches, & on top of it lied & said if I get the bottom done, I HAVE to get the top done. Lol not true! They wanted $39k right there on the spot. Yas who takes care of billing is like a used car salesman. In the end I went for 2nd opinion & the new dentist I went to was appalled that they were going to pull ALL my teeth out, but I did need 2 implants, big difference though!

I recently went for a free consultation with smartarches. The office was beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. Yasmeen was nice, friendly and easy to talk to. I am not Looking to get a full mouth of implants, unfortunately at this time I won’t be able to afford it bc they are quite expensive. I wasn’t pressured into making any decisions. They said I can come back anytime,so I went back to the original dentist to ask a couple questions and that ended badly. So I came home to ponder my next actions. In the meantime I received a bill for over 800.00 for a consultation from Amara. I am actually in shock.I'm am at a loss here. I am actually afraid to look to finish my implants. Insurance and the 2 places I have gone have failed me.

They even did a picture of my smile now and what it would look like with implants. I was very pleased with the Brick location. I am hoping at some point I can figure way to invest in my new smile. And would def go back to them!!!!

Update: Today is Sunday Dec 10 , I called three times already , still no Dr phone calls at all , what kind of drs are they , the drs on call don’t call you at all, I had two nights with so much pain . It’s just unbelievable, terrible service and nobody has done anything there . Hope that someone cares about somebody else pain in that place . Saturday Dec 9 Terrible experience. On Tuesday Dec 5 I had a dental surgery I had extraction of two teeth because I need an implant , everything went great during that time. I’ve had constant pain since. After exhausting the pain medication and a full night of throbbing pain in my head, I called 7 times over 13 hours. No reaction. No Dr. To submit a prescription. No calls back. No reaction whatsoever. This service has no value in the time when you need it the most. My last call, the supervisor says 1 Dr. is in FL without a laptop and couldn’t help. The other Dr. didn’t answer. Worst experience ever.

Fantastic group!! I went for a few consultations for full mouth implants and was not impressed by the customer service or treatment options that were available. The pricing in the tristate areas are well above 50 k. I found smartarches and knew this was the right office the minute I spoke to Yasmeen. The offer free consults and there is no pressure, they really care about their customers. The office is comfortable, clean and luxurious. The price is well below the market rate. Yasmeen is amazing at what she does. She explained everything in detail, bonds with you as a person and is creative at making options finacial and treatment work for me and my family. Dr. Bryan is kind and listens to your needs. He does diligent exams and walks you through your needs and options. I couldnt say no, I found the right team. I am excited for my upcoming surgery :).

The anesthesiologist really took care of me considering I have COPD and emphysema and I came out alive and they did an awesome job and I have no complaints

Nice friendly staff and excellent customer service and great support during the surgery. Could not have picked a better place.
