I trust James implicitly. He exudes expertise, and takes the worry and fear out of getting my car serviced because I trust both his knowledge and his integrity. I won't take my car anywhere else, even though it's a bit of a hike from Parkesburg. I can be sure that he won't do unnecessary work just to make some money from me, which is a problem I have experienced from other mechanics. He knows his stuff!

Absolutely the Best. I've been using Edwards Auto Services for a very long time to keep my 2006 Infinity G35 in tip top shape. This car is now 17 years old and still runs and looks like new thanks to Edwards. Their services are very professional, reasonably priced, and they take care of my care like it was their own. I can't ask for better customer care.

I'm so happy I came across James's shop! I received a ticket for an expired inspection and wanted to get it addressed ASAP since I park in Philly. James was the only person who got back to me over LDW and was able to get me in the first business day back. I don't know what I would have done without Jimmy! I needed to trade my current vehicle (Cadillac ATS) in as I needed a more family friendly vehicle but my touch screen was damaged and needed repair. Jimmy was hands on in guiding me on the right parts needed as well as being available according to my schedule to get my car fixed and prepped for trading in.
