We were staying at a hotel nearby and don't know the area so this was our first time at this Wawa. When we pulled up to get gas, there was a truck with a bunch of kids hanging out in the parking lot blasting music. They were really creepy too and made me feel unsafe. We must've sat there for a good five minutes and almost left before the attendant finally came over to our car. Turns out he was hanging out with them the whole time. He looked like a real winner. Ridiculous. Then we went inside to buy something and everyone in there, customers and the person behind the register looked like they would be in an episode of Shameless. Felt really uneasy and they were all looking at us weird. Never coming back there again.

Always a long slow line with cashiers who seem to have no sense of urgency in the mornings when people are going to work and too many times they have empty coffee pots and no buttered rolls ready. I’ll just go to Quick Chek from now on. Better quality and service there.

Found everything I was looking for. Cashier went out if her way to check on my food order. Great service.

Stopped here for gas late Saturday night, and the gas attendant, Steve was great!!! Very friendly, courteous, and kind. He went above and beyond and meticulously cleaned my front and back windows, as well as my sun roof. I’ve only had an attendant do that once in my life and think it’s such a nice gesture

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Cassid the food and beravage manage left the store to chase me down over 20 cents she said I owed which I didn't because I had my receipt that said I was paid. Then when I called to speak with the general manager Dave he was laughing at the situation and thought it was funny! For a general manager to be laughing at how his employees treat customers Wawa needs to rethink who they hire. I am highly dissatisfied especially since I'm a customer who goes there weekly.

I work directly across from Wawa and my colleagues and I always get lunch at 1310 Highway 34 (#929). I Ordered a panini and grabbed a bottle of water, which came to $13.50. Before leaving the store I asked the woman who making food for a paper carry out bag to carry my food to my office. She directs me to the cashier, I walk to the cashier and ask her for a paper bag to carry out my food to my office. She tells No “I Will have to buy a red bag”… I explained to her that I was placed my order and simply would like a bag to carry my food across the street to my office. She then call for management, to which I fully understand because she has to follow protocol. What I’m upset about is the manager (male) At 12:50pm Register #12 Trx#558431 came over, I explained I would like a bag to use to carry my food to the office across the road. He tell me No, they are for carry out only. I explained I’m carry my food to my office across the road and really won’t want to carry it in my hand. He Then Said Again NO!!! As A Former manager I was shocked and disappointed that he would allow a customer to ask for a refund on food $13.50 over a paper bag. Simple Kind Gesture of one bag would have been awesome, but instead he looked me up and down shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care… I went back to tell my colleagues and boss at Fiskars Not To Order our company lunches and meeting food from your establishment again. If you would make me, a paying customer feel like a burden over a paper bag, making our lunch as a company must be an even bigger burden. Not sure who this will reach but hope someone will reach out.

Almost everyday when I come home from work late at night, there is a cashier named Lorento who just brings a smile to my face. Great food and great everything.

The deli worker Tom was very attractive. I’d recommend going just to take a look at that fine specimen. I go just too look at him. It really makes my day being able to spend some time with that stud of a man. All jokes aside he’s gorgeous.
