Had a Real Estate Networking Happy Hour in the back corner about 60 attendees. 8 tables and a great buffet of three flavor of wings, pasta, chicken fingers, salad and fried Oreos. The servers were so attentive and we had ample space to mix and mingle. Looking forward to the next one.

Have been coming here with my friends for a while... the owner Josh is really passionate about his buisness and the service from the security to the waitresses to the busboy is just amazing. It's always a great time. The vibe is defiently worth it.

By far the best pool hall/lounge/bar i have ever been to. Great tables all spaced out sufficiently. Very attentive waitstaff. They have awesome decor here as well, give a cool cave like vibe. Great vibe all around.

We went there for the first time, just to check it out. We were greeted as we entered and everything was explained to us about pricing. We will definitely be going back. The food smelled delicious so next time we go back we'll definitely have to check it out. The staff were all friendly.

Raxx Pool Hall in West Hempstead, NY was so much fun and exactly what I needed on a Friday night! The staff was super friendly and the DJ was dope. The music created a whole vibe for the whole night. I really didn't expect for their food to be so good being that its a pool hall. The wings were good but the onion rings were the best onion rings I've had anywhere. I'm definitely going back to play pool because I had a good time but trust me you want to try their wings and onion rings! They have a lot of drink selections as well so just check the place out!

Good pool spot with a full bar, waiter service and TVs everywhere to watch whatever sport is on. They had a tournament going on so the atmosphere was quite cool. The tables could be better but for a night with your friends is not bad.

First time there. I Surprised my hubby on his birthday. I told him it was just us two and he was surprised when friends and family started flowing in. Loved it and we're thinking of going back. Food was awesome.

I come here a lot, the food is great, the drinks are great and the staff is friendly. I recommend the raxx burger and the fried Oreos for sure. 4 stars because some of the tables could use a little love but that’s just me. And for Amex gold card holders, you’ll get your 4x on restaurants here

This place has an amazing vibe. We were able to come here with a teenager and he had a great time. The servers are extremely friendly and constantly check up on you. The tables are great and you can tell all the equipment used is new and well taken care of. I love how laid back this place is. The music is great, the crowd is diverse, the drinks are strong. Found our new pool place!

Me and my husband and son 18 came there last night and had the worst night we had a drink from the bar played pool wasn't even done was walking over to play tge games and the bartender girl was yelling to my husband you didn't pay for those drinks yet didn't even give us a chance to say a word she said to give back our drinks who does that made us give back our drinks and gave my husband his tip he gave her then the security guard was all up in our faces I will make sure I let everyone know what k8nd of experience we had my poor son was so upset

Super cool place me and my friends came here for drinks and ending up staying for a while. The food is really good we ordered the Buffalo wings with sliders. The staff is nice there also a really handsome door man named Trayvon he helped me with the music. We will def be back

Sat at the bar and watched some football. Average bar, nothing special. BBQ Wings were good. Beer was ok....not cold enough. Bartender, nice enoughguy. Overall decent experience. Perhaps if I played pool or darts it might have been different....

This establishment seems like a fine place to partake in the classic game of pool, with many functional tables and a much more peaceful vibe than expected. Tweaking the pricing probably wouldn't hurt (at least not the customers...), and neither would replacing the triangles, as would be befitting for a place named "Raxx", but otherwise, this is an excellent spot for those seeking a calm pool hall.

I enjoyed the true pool room atmosphere at Raxx's Pool Room, the staff was excellent, the waitress service at the tables was cool. Overall a great place to play pool and enjoy a cocktail.

Fun place to play pool and all the staff were courteous and attentive throughout the whole night. Music genre changes throughout the night so everyone gets to enjoy.

This place is great. Went on a busy league night and there was a few tables still open and we didn’t even have to wait. Looked to be almost 30 tables total. The servers were wonderful, always smiling and asked us if we needed anything every time they walked past. The mixed drinks were good but very expensive $15-$16 for each one!! So be prepared for that.

Johanna is the best waitress. Nicole is the best bartender. Xenia is so great. Best pool tables and greatest food on long island. Josh is obviously the best there is. And Holden is a legend.

Place was overpriced. Menu is not what it says it’s supposed to be. The description had said it comes with guacamole, lettuce, on my burrito did not come with that. When I spoke to the server, it says it was an extra charge, but it doesn’t say that on the menu. Charge $12 for a shot. Then was $35 for drinks. Also, just an FYI, the gratuity is included in the bill so you do not need to give them an extra Tip it wasn’t worth it

Terrible food! Ordered buffalo wings and it tasted like tomato sauce and hot sauce combined. The lemon pepper wings tasted like they were done in the air fryer and then they added the lemon pepper powder on top of it. Never again, unless they do some big improvement in the kitchen.

Cool vibes. I love the wings, perfect with some beer / a good drink - they have little arcade for those who aren’t solely experienced in playing pool.

I truly love this place. The staff are always friendly and have a great memory, if you ever ordered anything from them they will remember it. This is important for returning consumers it builds a great relationship. The entertainment is great, there are tons of pool tables and usually have open spots. The arcade in the back is also pretty fun for some air hockey. The only let down is the good other then appetizers. I will say I haven’t had many items from them. I had the meatball sub and it was okay, the sauce lacked flavor, and the bread became very soggy. Their appetizers are great but that is to be expected. All and all a great place for a night out!

Some waitress have no friendly manners . They are to strict with everything , gotta eat your food even if u didn’t touch it and why would I force my self something I’m not happy with my order . And they still make u pay for it . My food order looked like made from frozen food . I’m a chef and was very disappointed. if they were sincere and so cool I would of freaking tipped them for being understanding but definitely killed my vibe not once but twice other time with some friends .

Haven't been here in over a decade and I'm glad it's still here and better than the way I remembered it. Holden doles out the aramith like a true concierge of Billiards 🎱 👏🏾 👌🏾 Chenese (not sure of spelling) is the absolute best waitress/hostess, Leonardo is a gentle giant delivering to your table, Josh was also hospitable and Junior at the door makes sure you're in a safe space the whole night. Didn't get a chance to meet the rest of the crew, but everyone was accommodating and had smiles 😊 on their faces. Spacious place, lots of table, does have a bar and tvs to watch your favorite sports. Servers were prompt to take our food and drinks oder. I got some wings and sweet potato fries. Very tasty.

One of the only authentic pool rooms left on Long Island. Incredible food and drinks.The energy is always on point. But most importantly every time I walk in the staff makes me feel like family. Nicole is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond every time.
