I ordered this slice and I was eating in my car in the dark until my boyfriend turned the lights on and I noticed this on it so best believe im never eating from this place again and I’m definitely complaining so be careful if your eating from this place

Different toppings! Not your usual pizza pies here. I enjoyed the Mexican taco 🌮 pizza served on Tuesdays. Best of both worlds tacos and pizza! Want to try the other one with chorizo. Will be back!

Terrible service . I ordered a California cheese steak and they send me a Frozen piece of bread , it feels steels , no meat, some pieces of tomatoes , onions and lettuce. I spoke with the Ava ( a worker) who told me that the manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know what to do. Suddenly the manager Angie ?! Took the phone , what a rude and nasty person . She told me that the food was bad because we don’t tip the delivery guy better ! And we leave too far that I can fine a better place to order in the future and she doesn’t care about costumers because that place sucks any ways . Sadly if your own employees feel that way about the place where they work?! Don’t worry I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YIUR PLACE AGAIN .

Service was very good! The employees were very friendly. The store was clean. They have several specials. Got 2 large slices and a 16 oz soda for $5. The pizza was hot and had a good flavor. The Owner is a NY Yankee fan. There is NY Yankee memorabilia hanging on the walls.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING on line. They ignore online orders in favor of walk-ins and phone orders. I have been a loyal customer for 25 years and when I called to check on an online order placed at 4:39 PM for a 5:45 delivery they told me they were too busy to talk to me. The owner's son, Michael, told me to get a new computer and hung up on me as if it were my fault that they didn't get my order. They charged my credit card (dispute in process) Extremely rude! I cannot recommend this place for anything and extremely disappointed in their quality of service. I finally got to speak to the owner and he was no different. Food is adequate, customer service is awful. Steer clear of this place!

I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could! 😡 I just ordered pizza and wings tonight, 4/15/20, and was sent food that looks like it was cooked yesterday morning and sat out the entire time! Dried out and not fresh at all! Their wings are advertised as “crispy” and didn’t even have breading on them. They are old and dry! How’s that for crispy? The pizza is so old that it’s hard and curled at the ends. I will NEVER order from this place again and would not recommend them to anyone! Previous reviews must be written by friends or psychotic people. Gross!

Placed an order at this restaurant, 45 minutes after order was placed they called to state “ we didn’t live in Tom’s River” after they already charged my credit card and do charge a delivery fee. I find this quite funny because I’m pretty sure I know the town in which I reside. I can’t image their food being any good if they make a customer who has PAID for their food wait 45 minutes to advise they weren’t going to be delivering the order food.

When I first moved to Toms River I wanted GREAT TASTING PIZZA! I found that at Al's. The sandwiches, salad and dinner are plentifil and delicious!!! The staff is super friendly and the prices are extremely affordable.

It's very hard to find a good pizza place in our area. But al's is an asset... Every time i've gotten pizza there it's been good..

If the employees all stopped flirting with each other behind the counter the service would be faster. Very inappropriate. Plus on top of that I had to stand there for 20 minutes just so they can eat food and make their own bags to go bring home. The female there laughs at the customers that are waiting not caring. Very childish it was like walking into a preschool. Never come here unless your ready to fight someone.

Garlic knots were covered with oregano with barely any olive oil or garlic. It taste like a oregano knots. There new management hopefully They will get it together next time

Wife was hungry while driving on parkway. We got off and got some plain slices to go, from here. REALLY good plain pie! Will definitely be coming back. The staff at the front were super kind too!

Most delicious sausage green peppers and onions pizza. Only regret is that I ordered a medium sized. Even though there is only spouse and myself, next time I will order a large.

Live the pizza especially for a big family. They sell the extra large pizza which is probably what any family should get anyways. It huge. But cheaper then buying 2-3 large pizzas

I ordered from this establishment a few times and MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG. for some reason you can get a half chicken cutlet with cheese..yes CHEESE WE WILL REVISIT THE CHEESE PROBLEM IN A MINUTE..anyhow you have to order the whole a spend like 14$ but if I order chicken Parm without sauce and American cheese instead of mozzarella / provolone I can get a half of sub...its the same thing.. moving on my next order cheese burger no bun cheese fries use sliced cheese over the fries not the cheese sauce..IT WRONG EVERYTIME HOW DO YOU GET THIS WRONG.I WORKED AS A SHORT COOK FOR YEARS..LINE COOK GRILL COOK AND CURRENTLY CHEF.all I can say i have never seen such incompetent in all my cooking..I rate them a 2..a very low 2..

I ordered three times from this restaurant the first two times I ordered cheese fries and the cheese was spoiled. I told the girl who took my order. Please double check the cheese for any future customers coming in. It’ll be a shame to get spoiled cheese. Mind you that was already two times. I ordered my food again and got raw chicken I called to let them know I received an uncooked meal. The guy kept going back-and-forth with me. If I still had the food I told him I immediately threw that out because of what I was served I’m not going to eat this meal knowing that raw chicken was on my fries and who knows if the other chicken was cooked correctly, so no I did not keep the food. I then waited for him to drop back off a meal to me because that was told I didn’t receive anything so not only once but twice but three times they messed up my order.

He grudgingly accepted it that's the reason I've been back the 2 years hello to food was good I don't like the way I was treated

Good deals and the specialty slices appear to be loaded, but the crust was too dry and doughy. If I can't eat and enjoy the crust the pizza loses big time points.

This is not a employee run business. Al or another owner/family member is always there. The food represents italian quality. The pizza parlor Nothing great to look at Food is as healthy as pizza can be, and it looks good. Al is almost always there a caring proprietor. Thank you AL. AB
