Just ordered a cheese steak with peppers and onion and got a pepper and onion sandwitch with some meat sprinkled in.. also got a large cheese pizza crust was burnt the kids was looking at it weird .. also got waffle disco fries that was cold and stale by the time they got here... oh yeah waited over and hour and live right down the road thats never a good sign.. biggest waist of 40 dollars ever****** first time back in over a year and I ordered online there must have been an error online because the wife ordered half plain half pepperoni. When I confronted him with the problem and I told him my kids won’t eat pepperoni he gave me 3 free slices of plain to accommodate me I thought was great and very unexpected. And on top of that the pizza was great so I’m upping my review from 1 star to 4

Ordered for take out two pies, one gluten free which was good, the other however was not the pie we ordered, only to notice when we arrived home. We called the store, and we were hassled by employee #1 whom informed us she would take off $7 because THEY got the order wrong, awful response! We live about 4-5 miles from the restaurant and they deliver, would it not have been a more proper response to simply have said, "Our mistake, we will get you out what you ordered right away"? That certainly did not happen and then it just escalated to speaking with a female whom identified herself as "The Manager". She offered absolutely ZERO help and was condescending to say the least so the conversation was relatively short due to her arrogance. We concluded that we'd just dispute the charge with the credit card company and dispose of the pizza that was 100% wrong, how do you wind up with Sausage and Green Peppers when the order was for Pepperoni, Sausage and extra cheese? We just dug the leftovers from the fridge and made due but I can't explain the attitudes we received from two different employees over what they eventually confessed to be an error on their part . . . No, No, No, NEVER again!

You can’t really go wrong with pizza around the Jersey shore. The crust was a bit black but the whole pizza was good. They were generous with their toppings and efficient with their business. I showed up 45 min after calling in the order, waited 5 minutes after paying, and enjoyed it at home with my family. The employee whose butt crack was hanging out seemed to do fine at his job but I could do with less skin showing.

Pizza is fantastic! We ordered a few pies & a veggie pizza that I didn’t realize still had cheese, they made me the one I wanted to order and the pizza they originally made. Great people, great food! Thanks so much!

This place used to be absolutely incredible with quality food every order. Over the past few months, the quality has shot down drastically. They have gotten extremely popular and I at first blamed this on potentially new employees learning the ways. I've come to find out the business was sold to a new owner, which started this sharp decline. Constant orders with wrong toppings, undercooked meats, completely burned black hot subs, pizza with raw dough spots, and even got chicken with raw/cold spots in the center. Used to order multiple times a week during the virus to support local business, but now they're lucky if I order once a month. What a shame...

This is my absolute favorite place to eat lunch. Whether it’s pizza, cold sandwich, hot sandwich, salad... everything is beyond delicious!! Would give more stars if possible. They’re always so accommodating, also; willing to split things in two to take home and eat in. Absolute favorite spot.

today i went to this place and honestly i was so discussed in their service. honestly so terrible, i walked in and the music was playing to terrible loud to the point where i couldn’t hear the girl at the register speak to me. so she called the another girl to ask me what was the name for the order when on the phone they didn’t ask me for my name which is fine but to which they gave me a attitude for it and rolled their eyes at me. then the second girl got my order and told me the wrong amount. which is fine because it was only a few off but the girl at the register gave her a nasty look for saying the wrong amount to which that girl who said the wrong amount completely had walked away. then i gave my money to the girl at the register and she didn’t say a word to me. no manners what so ever which is so wrong in the environment that you choose to work with people in. if you like to get treated with manners do not go there!!!! just a bunch of teens who have zero manners or idea what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE.

Food was really delicious! My husband has a habit of ordering way too much food but everything we got was awesome and the girls working the counter were super nice too. Our first time here and we were very happy we tried this place.

Food is very good quality Never diappointed ,service on point. No extra charge for extra cups of sauce . Ordered Calzone stuffed with ricotta cheese ,.meatballs and sausage with a side of sauce and an antipasto salad ,for two people definitely have leftovers

I had Pies on 9 cater a party yesterday and could not have been happier! The food was absolutely amazing and everyone at the party was asking where it came from! Ordered an anti pasta salad they forgot the olives so instead of complaining I just ordered a whole new salad and when it got to me none of the meat was on it how are they going to mess my order up twice I paid for two salads and didn't get one single salad of what I wanted, And the biggest thing is how are you going to forget the ham salami provolone on an anti pasta salad, I've too much anxiety to ever complain or tell someone they messed up, Which is why I appreciate restaurants that don't screw up this bad twice in a row and this place is not one of those restaurants.

Been our go to place for a few years now. Last night was the worst food ever. Cheesesteak was burnt on top. Wings were overfried. Fries were lukewarm while the rest of the food was nicely warmed. Pizza has gone downhill. Order regular onions on the pizza and get red onions. Not a good substitute.

We ordered Chicken Marsala and eggplant along with cheese steak, pizza and chicken vodka sub. The Chicken Marsala was dense and dry. The eggplant was undercooked. always ordered my catering from this place and it was amazing. So disappointing tonight. The chicken Marcella was not even edible.

We order from here since we only moved here 2 years ago. By far the nastiest pizza. The dough in the middle is constantly wet like they poured water on the dough before putting the sauce and cheese on. All the toppings just slide right off. I have to say this is the last time I'm ordering pizza from this place. I'm afraid to even spend the money on any other dinners although their salads are pretty good but how bad can you mess up a salad?

My favorite local place. I order delievery using the Slice app, it estimates 45 min. From the moment I ordered to my doorbell ringing, 15 min. And the food is SO good. Their wraps are amazing

Wow. Just WOW. Sorry for a limited review but im at a loss for words. The by-the-slice selection is overwhelming and mouthwatering. Im embarrassed to say I have lived I have never been here before because of dumb blind loyalty to my own local pizza joint. But WOW I have a new favorite on this side of Rt 9!

food is great, service is horrible. 3 times in a row they messed up my order. all three times they asked me to wait an extra 20 minutes with no discount. the food is great here don't get me wrong, however if the cat is a away the mice will play. i understand the owners need to have a life and they have worked hard for it. may only real comment is, stop hiring people who don't care or pay more for those who are employed. either way it says how these people feel about their employees and their customers.

Ordered pizza on Thursday and it arrived unsliced and burnt (the edges were like charcoal). I also don’t have a pizza cutter so that was fun.... their execution of their food has gotten pretty sloppy over time. It went from best pizza in around, to no different than anyone else’s.

My first time ordering... I oredered a "Ranchero ". It came with a generous portion of fries and fried chicken, bacon and cheese wrap. Oh and a pickle. It was enough for 2... Very pleased with the young ladies that took my order. I will order again.

Pretty good pizza and the salad was big for it's price. The staff was nice as well. The only thing was that the grandma pizza we got was hard, a little like a cracker in some parts.

Ordered online at 5pm for a 6pm delivery. Called at 630 they said they are coming. Went there at 730 because they didn’t answer the phone. They told me my order didn’t make it to the oven yet despite being 2.5 hours. New owners are clearly overwhelmed.

Used to love their pizza. It’s still great but ordered a pick-up and upon walking in we noticed no one was wearing masks or wearing gloves excluding one of the girls up front. Customers came in without wearing masks and the delivery driver came in with no mask as well. I know that in NJ if working with open flames, you don’t have to wear a mask but surely not *everyone* there was working in those circumstances.

Their pizza is AMAZING! I go there on my lunch break a few times a month. They have a lot of options especially not your norm pizza options! One time I saw them making a Nutella and strawberry pie for valentine's day!! I recommend the cheesesteak slice. Idk what they put in it but it tastes of pure cheesey heaven! Guarantee you will not be disappointed with this pizzeria! 🤤

Food is as amazing as the staff is friendly. All around great establishment. Highly recommend stopping in. Pretty good prices considering the fact that one slice of a specialty pizza is like a full on meal. EDIT: I originally posted over a year ago. Recently they have switched owners, and it seems to be a horible mistake. The dinners I just ordered.. I can't even begin to explain the monstrosity. It was watered down, bitter taste, looked old, same dinner with two separate tomato sauces, mushy pasta, cold In the middle and seemed hardly cooked. Won't be going back. Quality is not there anymore. I gave them a few tries since new owners, hoping they'd get into the swing of things. It's apparent they won't be improving. It's unfortunate. Very very nice employees. Bad food. Will not be recommending.

The pizza and food were good and had unique flavors, but it was unsanitary. The staff the was at the counter was also touching all the pies after handling money. she did not wear gloves nor sanitizer. The counter where they prepare food was also dirty. but the pies were good.

My nephew and I got an Italian sub. It was very tasty. A tad lite on the cheese, but good oil and vinegar not too much lettuce. The negative was the roll. It was like a white bread hotdog roll just larger. We ordered a whole sub. It starts with the roll.

Absolutely disappointed my fiancé and I are very good customers to pies on nine. The employees are great everybody’s so friendly they’re always on time never had a problem but tonight we order chicken fingers and fries and a buffalo Salad and there was a cockroach in our food!
