The entire staff, most especially Brian McLean, was so kind and patient with me when helping me create a piece that is pricelessly meaningful to me. Brian took a marble that was made for me that holds my mother’s ashes and created a pendant that perfectly displays the marble’s beauty. Brian did this with the utmost consideration not only for the sentimental value of my marble but also respecting my budget. I will never forget how kind and caring Simone’s is. I will trust them completely and hope to work with them again. 💛

Everyone was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We drove an hour and a half since they were one of few stores to carry platinum bands in-house. Not only did they have the band my fiancé was looking for but they were able to size the ring on site! Saving us a trip back and or waiting weeks to have the ring returned. We’re both so happy with the purchase and love the ring.

Came in to replace the crystal on the face of a watch that I've owned for many years. Service was prompt and reasonable. Not the best quality watch, but I was treated like I came in with a Rolex. These guys are great, the store is beautiful, and they go the extra mile to make the customer feel comfortable and like a top priority.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Not just is the quality design and variety of jewelry outstanding but the staff makes it truly a beautiful experience. I can’t say enough good things about Simones Jewelry! A few weeks ago I stopped by for earring backs for a very special pair of earrings. Lisa not only sold me the right backs (yes, that’s a thing), but she taught me why those were the right backs. She took the time to explain what I needed and despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday she made feel as if my little 38 dollar purchase was the most important one of her day. During that visit she checked my engagement ring and suggested an important safety repair. A couple of weeks later I dropped it off and had some watch batteries replaced. This time I had a chance to also meet Brian who helped me with the watches including a couple of Cartiers. Again amazing service! Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and was super patient with all my questions. Yesterday I was there to pick up my ring and have some pieces cleaned. My ring looks brand new! The shop was a little quieter this visit and I had some time to really look around. So many beautiful pieces! Clearly I could go on and on about this fabulous family run business that has stood the test of time. If you need anything, that special set of cuff links, a small chain, a special piece for yourself or someone else. Go here! The selection is vast and the service really sets them apart.
