Right here is the perfect a Panera Bread. Employees were very kind..

It's really weird how some establishments have managed to rise above this whole Covid thing. This Panera is NOT one of those places. When I went in there the racks and cases were bare and there was no coffee at all. It was 10:30am! Too early for the racks to be empty and too late for the coffee not to be brewed. The server neglected to tell me, before I ordered coffee, there was only skim milk available. What place, located next door to a supermarket, does not run in the supermarket and get half and half?! I don't know who is running that show. Amateurs! I understand that the business is largely drive through now. Then close the dining room if you are going to look like a cut rate restaurant inside. This particular Panera was always a little quirky, but now it's just sad to see how it has gone downhill inside. All that being said, the drive through is great and moves very quickly.

This place has to be brand new! Beautiful design, spacious and comfortable, great location with plenty of parking. Super friendly service, great Panera food and coffee. This is one of my new favorite co-working spaces on the go.

The service was pretty awful. I went in today at 8.20am and the lady at the register was upset because I paid a $20 total with a $50 dollar bill. She was upset because she said in the morning I should paid with something smaller because I just took all her change. I'm sorry but that is jot my fault, she had to give me 30 back. It is ridiculous that this lady made it so big. I wouldn't go back here never again. I guess if you go there make sure you have the exact change so you don't get yelled at.😑 so rude.

Friendly staff except for one A-hole manager. Sip Club member. Great deal.

Placed an order last night at 7 PM for pickup at 10AM today. Walked in found my order in the rapid delivery space and left with my order. Less than 1 minute in the store. I loved it. Recommend.

Never expect to be racially profiled by my local Panera. My father went back to the restaurant, as they forgot our two soups, and the workers repeatedly treating him differently than the other customers; whom were white. He was asked if he was here for Doordash instead of being asked to order, then was given our two soups without eye contact, and a bag on top of them, instead of all the other orders in bags. Won’t be coming back.

Horrible was sick went there to get chicken soup with the bread bowl. When arrived was told they were pretty much out of everything! They had nothing but stuff I don't eat

What a nice bunch of people. So friendly and helpful. The food was great and they even took the time to apologize and correct a small mistake to my order. Got a free cookie too!😊 I will be back!

Got in line for the drive-thru with only two people already in the queue. After 15 minutes it was finally my turn to place my order. After another 15 minutes, I went inside to ask what the problem was. The explanation was “The machine is broken” and that my order would be ready soon. There was no explanation given without my going inside to inquire and there was no caution of the long wait times, even though it wasn’t busy. After all of that, the food was lackluster and wouldn’t have been worth it even if it came it out in a reasonable amount of time.

Haven't been to a Panera in awhile, the girls at the counter were very busy talking to each other, never acknowledged me. I understand that these days, so I ordered from the filthy app screen stand , that was well organized . my bowl of soup was very nice, and VERY expensive , it wasn't even 1inch deep in the bowl. The tables and floors were filthy . hey manager take some pride where you work and inspire your employees to do so too ! I was dissapointed and sad, I used to love going there.

Large very filling tyna sandwich, saved half for next day! Vanilla latte excellent 👌 have enjoyed apple fuji salad as well. Loved chocolate chip and blueberry scones! I freeze them!

I go here quite often. The staff is always friendly and food is ALWAYS good. I have never had any issues with my order and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and energetic. It's always a great experience at this panera! Great job management! 👏

Their French onion soup is extremely skimpy on the cheese. The cheese is what makes the soup. Though the soup tastes good, where's the cheese? I don't want to eat just onions.

The food was very fresh and tasted great. I had a salad and soup. My son had a bagel and a cookie. There were a few tables that weren't clean. But the staff members I spoke with were pleasant.

I was there early on2/17..had never been to a Panera before. Needed to bring something to someone who needed to eat before test.. guy there helped me get everything..and get out quickly. Very pleasant! Food was quick!

Incredibly long wait at the drive thru and the prices have gotten out of control. $37 for a small mac and cheese, a salad, and a value duet. Will not be returning, especially to this particular location.

Got to be one of my top Panera Cafes of all — and I am a business traveler, so I have been to many Panera Bread cafes. I was there, again, today (6/29/23) … and yet again they made my sandwich perfect!! Wall, NJ and Brick, NJ are my two favs. But this shout’out is for Wall. This cafe is ALWAYS clean. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. We all have our preferences, but I see the reviews (on Yelp) of people complaining about sandwich sizes. Lol. Panera is NOT BURGER KING. It’s not a type of place where you stuff yourself into a food coma (sleepy). You don’t need no huge sandwich all the time. …and yes, Panera is expensive. Mainly because it is A1 quality food!! Do ya really want 2 monster burgers for five bucks?? Then “Have it your way… YOU RULE”” lol. Panera is not that type of stuff. Panera is for grown folk. :) Annnnyway, big shout to Panera in Wall, NJ. You guys rule. :)

Eduardo was very nice and helped me order when I was confused on something. We also talked for a moment and helped me to order faster in the future. Eduardo also saw one of the cookies in the back were broken and I ordered two so he just gave me a third for free. Eduardo is a good guy. Would get the panera again in the future. Thank you Mr. Eduardo.

I came here with my sister to enjoy an evening treat. Rory took our order & took genuine interest in our trip together out here to NJ from MI. He made our experience really special

Customer service has been good but the food has never been great. We’ve tried multiple times and either Panera has really changed the quality of their ingredients or their recipes or this location does not follow standards. The sandwiches are barely filled & not properly made. I’ve been to multiple Panera’s and this by far is the worst one.

They dealt with my way over complicated salad order with no issues so I will definitely go back. I’m so picky but this is a good location with great food and service! Definitely recommend.

Rory the assistant manager was impeccable! He was so friendly and was the only one to welcome me into the store, it felt like I was home again

At 7pm they had no other sides besides an apple, which doesn’t pair well with soup… and on top of that, I did not receive my bread bowl that the soup was supposed to go in to. So instead of having a bread bowl with a French baguette I got a cup of soup with a side of…apple. It’s been a while since I’ve came here and it’ll be a while to ever go back

I like PANERA BREAD, I enjoy their Egg Soufle baked product. Plus I met a hot Soccer Mom there who to my surprise was looking to score as well. Needless to say the Soufle was great, and well let's say TBC

People hate on Panera Bread bc they say they’re overpriced or it’s like cafeteria food. But I’ve always been impressed by their quality and taste. The way I see it, if you’re going to spend $10-$15 on a lunch or dinner at a fast food place than why not go here where it will typically be healthier and tastes good. They’re not the best but it’s fast food!

What the point of have special days instructions on the app when employees never read them🤔

Today was pretty disappointing... Having no issues with self ordering, i sat and ate my meal. At the end. I decided to buy a cookie for the road... after standing at the order counter for a couple of minutes, having 2 employees come to the register in front of me and ignore my presence and a group of 3 or 4 employees 20 feet away having a conversation... I felt my money could be spent better elsewhere... Of course i have no idea what was going on with the business and the reasons for all that occurred... Just sharing the experience I encountered...

$11 for a dried out, unattractive, wrongly prepared and taste- challenged ‘signature’ chicken sandwich is just sad

Today I got the Strawberry Fields salad with chicken. It looks disgusting. Chicken I hardly in it and what is looks gross and slimy. Also, after I got partial refund on Door Dash, I found a blue rubber glove tip in there too.🙃 Can't make this up.

Food comes out very quickly. Establishment is always clean and there is an outdoor eating area.

GREAT establishment, friendly and welcoming staff and a great place to do homework after school. Highly, highly recommend.

This Panera’s always super clean and the employees are always friendly! 3 stars only because the charged lemonades and normal lemonade at this store taste rotten or like chemicals of some sort. I’ve accidentally drank days-old Panera lemonade before and this store’s lemonade tastes like it was left out for at least a day or two. This is also the only Panera I’ve been to where the non-soda drinks are stagnant in their containers, all other stores I’ve been to have the drinks circulating through (what I’m assuming?) is a filter thing in the middle of the container. I’m not sure if that might be a factor or the machines might need to be cleaned or something. Besides that it’s a nice Panera.

Tips for ordering at the self-serve touch screen kiosk: 1. When you are ready to place the order and are prompted to take a pager, there are no pagers. Select the option to skip and have your name called at the counter instead. 2. The order will time-out and start over if you look away for more than a minute or two. Keep an eye on the screen. 3. If you ordered a drink, take the appropriate cup stacked right in front of you at the kiosk. (I didn't realize at first lol) This was based on our experience at this particular Panera. Hope it helps

Cashier was great. But they shut the lights out when we were eating our food. And turned the fireplace off. Didnt feel rushed huh

Eggs were overcooked and dry. Then they didn't give me half of my to go order. I had to drive all the way back to get my breakfast sandwich which was missing. It was all printed on the receipt. How do they miss one entire sandwich when I only ordered 2? Then when I went back and told them I was missing my sandwich, they couldn't give me what i ordered because they were sold out of the bagel flavor i ordered it on! Aggrevating. They offered nothing for their mistake.

Had a delicious chicken ceaser salad for lunch. Great friendly people work there.
