I broke my engagement ring and I was feeling upset and lost looking for a place to help me fix my ring since it was bought in another country. I went to another jewelry store before coming here and they glanced at my ring for a whole 5 seconds and then quotes me $500 from a paper. I had an amazing experience working with Meghan to fix my engagement ring. She showed how much she loves her job by being kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She took the time to do a thorough exam on my ring. Within 5 mins she had explained to my why my diamond was lost and gave me an accurate quote. This quote was a heck of a lot more reasonable than $500. I have found my jewelry home and I will always bring my jewelry here because the staff here is passionate about their work. It took me over a year to pull the trigger on an engagement ring, but during that whole time the staff here never once lacked any urgency to help me or answer any questions I have. The customer service here is outstanding, they have a very personable staff. One where you woudlnt hesitate to stop in and just say hello to while passing by. They treat you as if they’ve known you your whole life. Overall after looking back at the whole experience, 5 stars isn’t enough. Meghan alone deserves 5 stars for how wonderful and insightful she was. I almost submitted this without even commenting on the ring. That’s how great the people and service are 😂. The ring was also surprisingly very affordable for how beautiful and well made it is. In my eyes the deals here beat any large scale chain of jewelers. This is the first time I can walk inside to a jeweler store to make a purchase without being pressure to spend what the sales person wants or being ignore with any questions I might have. My experience at Loch Diamond Jewelers was excellent. Everyone is friendly and very patience. My sales person/Diamond Girl was Renee. She was understanding with what I wanted on a ring for my husband. She took her time to show me different metals, diamonds and texture. I left Loch Jewelers with my rings insured and with a piece of mind. Seriously its a one stop shop for all you jeweler needs. Our engagement photos were less than 1 week away and I realized I hadn’t had my ring cleaned. I stopped into the store to see if they would be able to help and they were more than happy to do so! The associate was also helpful in helping me try on wedding bands to get an idea of what I would like.

They were efficient, fast and extremely friendly! My husbands bracelet was not a typical bracelet and they had no issues fixing it and making it look new again! This was my first experience here and they have gained a life long customer.

In setting out to write this I realized that I have had so many positive experiences here! I walked in last week to get a couple of batteries for two watches and I was treated like a long lost friend. They cleaned my ring, we talked about all sorts of things, I was there for 45 minutes and left feeling so grateful for this small local business. I am alway treated with kindness. Eric and the entire staff are always so lovely. Megan is amazing, so much fun and so accommodating. My experiences have ranged from repairing my engagement ring and thoughtfully inspecting it for other damage, they helped me design a necklace for my niece which she wears everyday and just loves and did appraisals for these items as well. They even called an ambulance for me once and took good care of me while I was having what I thought was a heart attack!! Wonderful kind and thoughtful. Just how it should be but we know it’s hard to come by today. Not just a jeweler but a friend!

I am very happy with Eric. J Loch Diamond Jewelers. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone there was so nice and made our experience unforgettable. We have worked with Halle on several custom pieces and she always nails exactly what we want and like, she makes the process fun and pleasant creating bespoke jewelry. Her and April are always so knowledgeable and educated us on differences with diamonds, gemstones, etc….i would give them 10 stars if the rating system went that high!!

Renee at Loch's Jewelers was very easy, patient and pleasant to work with. She presented options that I hadn't even considered (and ultimately went with) for a drop diamond pendant using the diamond from my late grandmother's engagement ring. Loch's was also able to facilitate having the empty engagement ring turned into a plain white gold band that fit my finger, giving me two options of wearing jewelry to honor my grandmother's memory.
